LOL, it's amazing that I don't do any pre charting of numbers... I watch for pa to build as it's happening. Got myself in to much trouble plotting numbers before they came. Said feck it, I'll just live off of pure PA. lol

i think youre on the right track, The thing which I have noticed lately is that this euro is a true piece of shit and the volatility is extreme compared to a couple of years ago.
With uber simple I mean im just going to play it horse style, dont look at the main trend for shorter trades just follow the lines and liquidity...
I did that in 2003 and 2008 and it works pretty good as long as you dont read news or other opinions about direction...
risk reward down to 1:1 as well...
takes time to accumulate though...

heya guys... i slept for the last 12 hours str8... rough weekend and I had to recover
good news is some more of my UCHF long orders got picked up
this pair has to be the biggest no brainer trade in the last decade...
hehehehe.But yes, Swissy has been a very well behaved girl on teh daily chart... been up and down on her (TWSS) last few weeks.

edit: btw venice.. my parents just got back from a trip to venice last week. Never been there before! They said it was an amazing expereince... they stayed at that hotel that Angelina Jole and Johnny Depp stayed at in that movie The Tourist.... cool stuff.. just lookin at ur name just made me think of it

one day you will just get it and you will never do anything else...
You should however have some consistency and make sure you make twice of what you need...
just in case you go break even a month etc...
This year I have had 2 months in slightly negative... last year all positive...
2008 almost a 20% ding..horrible year..

Sure just follow the lines but that is the same for M1 or a yearly chart. You seem to be implying that only your Tfs with a very poor r:r IMHO can give you that. Nothing wrong with that, if you have mastered the flow in your TFs thats excellent but just because you can't see beyond your TF doesn't mean there is "juice" (and a lot more probably) when you trade from a wider angle.
On liquidity that's a very hard one to evaluate and I will be extremely interesting to hear how are you evaluating liquidity?.
On read the news and etc, that up to you and your trading plan. As you know I have 180 degrees opposite view on that. There is no moves or direction without FA and if you want to master timing I would dare to say that "FA" is a key component for consistency but obviously is not a conditions required for successful trading especially in small TFs.
Finally, I am not sure if the current trend since September (v nice btw) is making you generalize market behavior, Did you forget the action in August or the consolidation in the last quarter or the uptrend until May (completely different than the current downtrend) ....don't get me wrong, my point is that generalizing market behavior it may be useful when pulling the trigger but not such a good idea as the core of your trading plan ...
