It should be under scripts in your navigator

Thanks Ikdenk I have played arround with the demmo account and still cannot get it sorted, I seem to remember it was on the order ticket under the "Type" heading with an option of modify order delete order, pending order and somhow another came up close all orders.

I will keep playing with the scripts for a while.

Last joke got 3 min ago an off quote when I tried to close a silver trade!!!

trade closed 15:34 after 3 tries I even used Multi terminal too off quotes!!!

and then when I was able to close it was 4 pips lower. I was scalping here silver.

Attached MT4 journal screenshots so you can see many try to close the trade then moved to Multi terminal as it was open failed too twice before I got back control thru MT4! and that happened 4 pips lower than where I planned. That makes some $$ here. And watch I was not disconnected as I was getting the...

I have thoroughly examined your case below and cannot find any evidence to suggest you dealt on price that was not reflecting the underlying market price action, hence we cannot make any changes to this trade.

In relation to your other email regarding 'off quotes' on silver, there are a variety of reasons why this could happen. Given we can't be sure of the exact reason I have decided to give the benefit of doubt and corrected the position by closing it at the level of 30.82, as stated in your email. I would suggest this is most likely...

Given the number of disputes/correspondence coming from your account - management have also asked for all correspondence to be handed over to review. They will contact you directly.

So I got my silver trade fixed by Go Markets but they can't find anything regarding my claim over FOMC price freezing I got in right post FOMC, but notice second warning here I got from Go Market. Chris told me to check another broker in Forex Factory in previous post and now Management will be looking in my claims.

I think that my previous video's showing the price freezing and delayed quotes mainly due to ticks getting blocked some where, had pointed toward the problem but still not taken seriously as I would like. Chris reply was I had bad connectivity then I should check another broker.

I'm taking time to post here trying to get more attention from Go Market management fixing the issue, as I still think Go Markets can be a great broker if we fixed that.

So guys this week will an important test for European traders on Go Markets. Guys use Screen recording software in NFP/ ECB and all important news that would trigger volatility so we can at least hand them to SUPPORT and get this mess FIXED.

Hi,

No it's not shipped with MT4.

You can find it here http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=193727

Check 1st post 4th script ( also I attached it some closing scripts). Another tip to close trades fast add a keyboard shortcut to script.

Notice for such requests you should look more at Platform threads.

Hope it helps

Rock solid performance for me since the upgrade

One question , you mentioned an ECN service coming soon.

Will that be on MT4 or a different platform?

Why are my execution times twice as quick using ForexVPS (US), as compared to Crucial Paradigm VPS (Sydney Australia) ?
In the past, before all these GoMarkets problems, it was the other way around.

Has anyone noticed anything similar ?

I'm an Australian Trader.

I'm sure it will be both mt4 and mt5. Good luck with mt4 integration if other ECNs are any indication, it will be one big pain in the butt.

I don't know where he might have gone but I have found that Pepperstone has been great for me and have been happy with my decision to switch. Top rate support, very stable connection and wicked spreads though the commissions pad those spreads a bit but they're still very good.

Pepperstone also seems to be very in touch with the technical side of modern brokerage work and are constantly focusing on their use of technology in respect to their trading infrastructure.

Hi,

I was going to leave this until Chris returns from his trip but I think it is worth nipping in the bud.

Off quotes can be commonplace on the metals markets as not as many ticks come through compared to Forex prices.
If a tick has not come through for approx 1 minute ( again this can be common and during the time you are mentioning other brokers also had no ticks ) then MT4 is programmed for ‘ Off Quotes ‘
This basically is a safety mechanism which stops price latency arbitrage if there is a feed issue ( which there was not ) which in laymans terms stops trading on prices that no longer exist which would be impossible to hedge.

Thanks
