getting a pretty nice 'pop' right now. might not be long before we cross the daily high

Still, the German vote was positive...Good for Greece. US numbers show things are not as totally awful as everyone thinks. Risk on, baby--- Let's Jam!!!

In trading, "Buy the Rumor, Sell the News". Today, ahead of the vote, AU tanked; after the vote it triggered "sell the news".

Looks like "The Vote" calmed this beast for now.. where will it go?

Today AU is very lousy ... no money ... cannot go up. Im also lazy to trade this kind of range. See if it can get to .9809-.9835 , together we shoot it down, get some more money down there.

EurAud and GbpAud has been disturbing AU to rise, besides... other AUD related pairs.

Recent US Data released, on overall are favouring USD also... So ... no up for AU. Next data due is from Aust 1hr from now ... Building Permits (MoM) , previous was 13.0% and no consensus that I know of. If it is decreases I will shoot AU down. Haven't check my technicals , thou. If they go along ... I will do what I should do.

New pip loser here. Just a quick hello from the USA. Lots of new people heading to forex these last few months. Just like me, the horrible economy is forcing folks to look to other ways of making money. I have been doing this for almost a year now and love it. Problem is I've been on a terrible losing streak since the start. Trend goes up, go long but suddenly it drops 200 pips. Trend going down, I short and up it goes 50 pips. WTF? You guys watching me or something? Ha, joking of course.

Still here, VennD. I'm mad with myself. I sat at the computer for 3 hours and watched 9870 get rejected over and over again, but stubbornly I held on for a break of the resistance. I'm not sure if that is hard headed, or stupid, or both. I had 170 pip X 2 lots profit offered to me several times, but I would not take it. O well, I guess you live and learn. Just when you think you have it figured out, I go a pull a bone head stunt like that. I'm still holding all my longs, and I'm sure it will work out ok. But the only word I can think of for leaving those pips on the table is "dumb-ass". Hope your day was better!!

Don't u worry too much ... Even some of you who wanna shoot this AU down , has to be extra careful because eventually in a sudden AU can ignite its rockets and at least trip over that something around 0.9900 (I can't tell u now but I hv told u, damn !).

Those longs around .9740-55 and around .9685-.9700 are also dangerous, easy to say ...to shoot AU down, test tht stubborn hard longs. How many times Bears had failed ?

Think of tht... Don't u worry too much.

When your published this point (9870) in foro then I began to saw. This point was my price important in my AT for Sell.

ok now ! what do u find in yr chart ? post pls. tq. Actual result for Building Permits decreases 13.0% --> 12.5% , not so much . Careful there.

Good morning VennD, have attached my chart for the day. Gold & aqua fibs from H4 chart. Key levels (or what i think are the levels) are noted. I'll look to test a long at 9702 and again at 9702. If it doesn't go there I'll have a look at a short at Intraday sr 9815 then 9879. Would appreciate comments. cheers
