Good Morning esmontjr, not sure which demand zone you are referring to. Do me a favor and show me a chart with just that demand zone in question, Thanks, Rocky

Hey Rocky,

I was referring to the your chart on Post #473 and neglected to see that in Post #474 you mentioned the missed demand zone that I also referred to afterwards.
Anyway, apologies for any confusion and trust the below chart clears up the demand zone in question.

Overall, the main point was they where two excellent 5 min HPT trades that were greatly appreciated!

i also notice that level on my chart. price just touched the demand above that. the one with a big long wick at the bottom. To me price does have a chance of reaching rocky's level. Bears might make the last charge they got before the bulls start running the show. Price is also in a rising wedge. Indicating fall, if breaking the lower side.
Have I got something on my face, SOLDIER?

After reading 33 pages I was wondering the same thing!!!
A lot of the fib ext "0" & "100" aren't placed at the highs & lows on charts, they tend to drift inbetween regions.

How is everyone plotting there fib ext/ret????????

Any help would be appreciated.

I won't be posting as often as I would Like too. I have been asked by 30 Friends and family members if I would trade on their behalf. I'm in the process of creating a signaling service for this group and I will be to busy focusing on my trades. Sorry, this service is for this group only, I'll be dropping by every so often, Good Luck, Rocky.

After reading your post and the one from Rocky announcing his change of focus, I suggest you google Carolyn Boroden. Also known as the Fibonacci Queen. She has a lot of free stuff. As far as Rocky's method and her fib methods are concerned look for her use of the 127 and 161 expansions or extensions (I can never remember the correct term) I would also include the 138. Rocky uses them a lot but as far as I can tell he labels his fibs differently. I have PMed him about this, but I certainly was not going to argue with his success. I for one have not been available at the lower time frames to trade his method lower than the daily.

In addition to great fib work she is very much a believer in confluences or clusters of fib studies. Rocky uses fib confluences too and adds trend lines, bollinger bands etc, to Sam Seiden stuff in order to build a case for a supply or demand level. A confluence of indicators from different types of studies... BB TL Sam S is very powerful as we have seen in Rocky's posts.

I am editing my post with this information: I went to the Fib Queen's site. I am not impressed with amount of stuff for sale. This has changed from the past. Look at the free stuff. There are a lot of short videos trading nearly every type of market. But the theory and practice are the same. You may be able to get a sense of how she uses fibs to build areas of fib confluences. But she did learn everything from Robert Miner. Probably little or no free stuff from him. That I am leaving for your own investigation.

Now it is time to make Rocky's method each our own.

deankenny,

i am in as well!! i will post setups as i discover them.
one thing i discovered, i was using these zones on a lower time frame, kind of playing bounces. it is effective, but not a good idea unless you are using higher timeframe zones...just an fyi...
