One other thing about China that I forgot earlier.

In the report: "Aggravated by EU's lack of market economy recognition, [China] pull[ed] trading lines with French banks," that first 'reason' is just political bull: most likely, they just won't take the counterparty risk.

Earlier, it was reported by FT that Siemens, pulled €500 million form a large French bank.

There you have it from both barrels: somebody acting on concerns about liquidity of the French banks, and somebody else acting on concerns about the solvency.

Somebody doesn't have long to live without life support.

Time for bed. Stop above mid 36 handle. Given the bonds are dropping (in the face of Op Twist, wtf?), and with FOMC tomorrow, I won't be real sad if I wake up flat.
