you are not the only one. I started a 170usd account about the same time Phillip started the trade. now I'm at 40usd.
Still can't controll my emotions. When those numbers start moving, I get carried away easily..

I lost about 250 pips ! a big houch!!!- not proud of myself on that one!

I move away for now from the EURUSD. Too many countries involved in it - I agree with you Moreland...maybe tonight on a short position on EURUSD.

I have put Ziko123 on my ignore list so his posts shall not show. It is the first time I do this in the 5+ years that I am here. He is sabotaging this thread since 2006 on a couple of occasions without the intension to partake positively. Therefore my decision.

I'm sure it was not an enjoyable task Phillip, but it seems this person could not be helped, or rather would not let you help them. Constructive criticism or questioning why certain trades are taken is certainly not wrong, but to only fashion their posts in a way to try and steer people away from one of the few time tested, free and proven trading methodologies on the net by trying to discredit your name and reputation (as if you have some reason to lie about your trades you take), was nothing more than sabotage. I'm sorry that it had to happen, but it had to happen to preserve the friendly, helpful and positive educational thread that has developed and continued over the years. I wish this person the best in there trading but, alas, I agree. They needed to go.

In and out on a pullback. I had a pending order that did not get filled, gain 162 pips.

that was a nice trade but too bad I had just 1 lot. so it does'nt cover yet the losse I had.

Hi Everyone - I have been lurking and learning in the background. Today is JPY Public Holiday - do you consider this a "fair" trading day or do you guys trade the setups as they come, normally Public Holiday result in lower volumes / trading activity...

Would appreciate some clarity on Public Holiday trading.

For the first ZOOM OUT chart. I see nothing on your pictures. I attached zoomed out 4hour picture, but the problem is I can't see nice trend at USDJPY... Pick the pair which trend nicely..and my opinion is that USDJPY doesn't trend right now -> sideway market..

I didn't know untill you mentioned about JPY public holiday. But for me, as long as US market still open, then it doesn't really matters to me.

Was wondering what was your initial stop loss on this huge 4H bar down on the EUR/USD ?
And what s generally speaking your stop loss strategy ?
On taking profit do you apply Philipp strategy 1/1 or you seem to take the first reverse bar out on the the 1H vhart ?
