why wouldn't it be true, as CFO of Siemens I see no reason to do exactly the same, prob a lot earlier but these the take time at corporate level?

Siemens is a bit of a special case, they are a bank, they can easily deposit with the ECB, they can even use the desensitising process to earn a decent return on their cash. That's why I am not drawing any conclusions out of this one yet. It is impossible to judge their reasoning just yet.

I cant think of any other reason the would deal directly with the ECB...I mean could they be involved in some other one off transaction, but even then, why would they not use regular banking channels...

the question is.... how i have been treating them
getting better everyday brother, now using a demo account too with my live one.
trying to get my exits better, which so far SUCK

That's why these articles are so hard to judge on facevalue, I am sure they only report what is needed to get the most shock value, that sells newspapers/advertising.

well, my name stays as it is, but otherwise I herewith declare it has no implication at all.
USD might fundamentally still be the worse currency but politics in Europe try so hard to change this, they might succeed, at least for a while.....
