well not really short term they just ride last short stops and get back to break out point where you can do whatever you want at a value area. Plus we completed +1000 ticks down non stop..you need to take profit somewhere and nothing better than the FED/ECB/Ez politicians, etc for that.

All these issues are macro and take a long time (not the knee jerk reactions) so a lot of things can happen. Nobody can't be 100% sure.

Nobody will either put all the eggs in one basket and sit and wait (except our "colleague" trader in UBS and some in FF ) without an exit strategy to the other side and considering potential market changers (like the one we are witnessing right now with the EZ problems).

Greece may default this/next week (hopefully) and the EZ banking crisis hold under control after a few weeks to only watch the horrible #s in the real economy kicking in and bursting the stock market bubble and the FED announcing QE3 with euro bouncing back to the highs (1.48xx) ...

We'll see but for now. Lets play the final chapter on this EZ debt episode (more to come later for sure).

Even the bonds are in pause: quarter point top to bottom in the last hour, after the rapid recovery from the FED announcement.

Yup, even the Greek 1yr rate has recovered to a more comfortable and manageable 128%, coming of the high of 145% earlier, that should make things so much easier for our prudent Greek cousins......

thanks sisse, wonderful insights as usual, if Greece would default this week I would kill my short immediate, but I'm afraid (for Euro) this is not going to happen so holding my short stop @ 3872 = BE +2(almost out....)

where did the liquidity problem, come from? this is absurd.. who would have ever envisioned this?
