Anyone notice orderbookfx_mfsi + orderbookfx.mql slows down quite dramatically after about 10 mins? Seems like its drawing too many objects, and bogging down. I have to refresh the window by changing the timeframe and back again, and then it's fine...

Rockshore provides the new indicator, but the same is available on the OrderBookFX site. A paid subscription to OrderBook will cause it to be sent.

It will only work with orderbookfx when you have it running. Rockshore provides sessions for orientation and training on how to trade orderflow in entirety. We are scheduling another session for next Tuesday. Stay tuned.

Your OS seems to be having a problem with it, it runs continuously at 4 to 10% I've never had to reset anything or neither have I heard of anyone with the same issue.

Yes you could well be right, I'll have to check it out.

I'm starting to make sense of MFSI, but I'm pretty sure I don't know how to utlise it yet. Like if the current bar rolls from negative 1200 (bids) to positive 400 (ask), but the price doesn't move...what is the implication, etc etc...

And I'm struggling to comprehend how the DOM would assist...how to make sense of so many numbers! LOL

Will be looking to sign up for that webinar next tuesday to learn.

we go tgrough all of it... but in your example its a typical sell, buyers have failed to consume offers, as soon as active sellers take controo open tge hatch, price is goin lower. Trading w depth can keep you in the market more for substantially higher gains.

Nick, I was thinking of using a displaced simple moving average (HL/2) as a proxy to cycle peaks/troughs. Logically it should reflect recent price cycles and project them into the future. The challenge would be to determine a good value for the MA length (for the smoothing effect) and the displacement amount (called "Shift" value in MTrash).

The webinar will cover everything needed to trade order flow, in addition we will be covering the new indicator. The one that has been spoken about here.

Our trials are not that long, they don't need to be.

Excellent thanks Rockshore, is the trial access to your room with the orderflow indis? or one of them or none, i cant quite grasp what the trial offers. I look forward to getting setup anyway for the new trading week on monday

Very solid trading session. A couple of losses but made up well by repeatedly hitting triples to the left field fence, helping the EUR slide lower!

Could you ask Les to have a look at the forum where I've posted again re issues with using the indi on non-standard platform using SB suffix - I have a couple of friends interested but they use a platform with SB suffix. Have tried Les's earlier suggestion but no joy yet.
