FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - The hegemonic currency received a boost and rose to session highs versus the Greenback on reports saying that German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Nicolas Sarkozy will make an announcement on Greece later today after speaking by phone on Monday.

Smells like manipulation...

There is a wall there at 1.368x and bulls are running out of steam very soon. Whoever is holding is not the average Joe in FF.

Greece is death. It must default today or this week, there is no more room anything. The Merkel-Sarkozy last rumour is related to that.

Bond markets in Greece exploded even higher 2yrs at +76.2x and is almost 10% up only today .... IMO we are about to finally witness the default...

Yeah with that announcement out of the picture, its looking hard for Eu get through now. Think market have priced in what we knew until now, lets what next is thrown upon it to chew.
