Morning ...

Euro trying to put a traffic light on the selloff in key weekly/daily support 1.350x. Any rally is obviously cap with sellers trying to join the party (untested last broken S @1.365x is the 1st level to watch in my books)

Only factor to watch is the EZ debt. CDS in panic/default mode (Greece "trading" at 3500!!!... wtf?). Greek default imminent but the real issue is the contagion effect on the banking sector. Potential downgrades on European Banks is the news to pay attention as early as today that will trigger panic in stock markets (Hang Seng and Asia hammered today and London to open) and will open FED / QE3 to make things even more interesting and volatile.

Gold and CHF on the launching platform for a rally and oil slowly but consistently poking support to test final key S before recession levels.

The environment is different then it was at QE1/2 though. I fully expect an inflation number adjustment when M-Dragon takes over with a rate cut on his first chairing.

Out of my EW view, we are working on a subwave 5 (ending diagonal) of wave 3 of a wave 3.

In this subwave 5 we are probably in a subwave 4 (up), so I expect a further push down to around 3489 to 3428.

After that we should see upward pressure to around minimum 3610 to ideally around 3730


After that further downside should evolve to around 3180

Is the only one left....which is not a good if we remember what happened the last time (credit crunch triggered) the FED had the ultimate decision.... A early selloff in european stock markets (all of them a dozen ticks away from last and key supports) may trigger some "public intervention" today (I mean bla bla bla from the UK and EU governments/authorities/bureaucrats, etc).

Nothing tradable so far in currencies (CAD reached parity, UC on early short zone and AUD on early long zone) but some v. good options forming in almost all other markets.

busy week ahead.
