recovering from recent losses in a flag pattern, further downside still awaited.

tp1: 1725
tp2: 1705.

I will exit my short on 1725, and definitely a buyer on 1705.

Hi Siavash,
Have a look at the daily chart of Gold, I think that the drop will continue to the LTL, possibly overshoot and then get back up.

I think the uptrend will continue until the Christmas rally kicks in. I dont think we will be seeing a new low this side of New Year. Currently volatility alone could easily pay you on this trade though, even if my opinion is correct. I think a fall down to .9630, the left shoulder level is probable and would be a great place to get in long

Thanks Doug.The trade gave me 100 pips on half and I got stopped out at b/e on the rest.You may be right on the bigger picture, for now I see 1.0250-1.04 as resistance zone.I will be surprised if it goes through it without a retracement but as we all know the markets are full of surprises.

Hi Shahab,
I was short on AUD as well, made almost 50 pips on one lot and the other got stopped out. It all happened at 2:00 am our time here in sydney, frankly I didnt think it would get that far, but as you correctly pointed out the market is full of surprises.

As for the DOW, on monthly it looks scary, although it will take a while to develop, but doesnt look too good. Will be watching carefully.

rising wedge on gold, now lasting for three weeks.

The volume is decreasing on daily basis (which I have not shown in the chart), the breakdown seems inevitable, targeting 1530 or even 1480.

looking forward to see what the next move of this monster is....
