- Most Forex traders lose all their money.
- Using the robot posted here in trading Forex does not guarantee success.
- Trading this robot could lead to serious financial loss.
- Trading this robot without understanding its underlying trading strategy guarantees traders will lose their money.
- This is not a set-and-forget ea; there is no such thing and anyone who tries to claim there is, is either stupid or lying. This ea requires frequent manual intervention.
- At best, a trading robot is only 90% as good as the manual strategy it trades. At best. At worst, it can be much less effective. If the strategy is rubbish, so is the robot.
- To trade this robot, you have to understand:
- Moving Average and Stochastic indicators

Stumpy1 pm'd me about coding an EA for this system - hence the slightly odd-looking post no 5 here; this individual appeared to be claiming it as his own - this was my reading of his pm. He is now banned from further participation in any of my threads and from contacting me again. I suggest in future that Stumpy1 be regarded as toxic.
It turns out that this system actually belongs to Slurpee and is to be found at http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=301469. Our warmest appreciation to Slurpee, who receives a warm round of
Slurpee, your continued contributions here would be most welcome.
Moving on
There is one input that relates to Stoch-inspired trade exit that needs explanation - StochCloseBuffer. This is a buffer below OB and above OS that the market has to pass to trigger a closure; the function of this is to avoid premature closure at the OB/OS boundary. Set this value to zero to turn off the filter.
Anybody here who does not understand the various overtrading-protection filters such as balanced trading etc, go to the BigBob thread linked below and read about them in the user guide. Do not ask about them here; I will bar you from further posting in any of my threads if you do.
I have no idea if this EA will prove successful; it rather depends on whether the strategy is any use. I cannot say, as this is the first time I have come across it. It looks good, at least; simple, clean, easy to follow. Have a play on demo and see.
Have fun.
