then some. when oil is below 83.19 we will know.. i have mentioned 83.19 since we dropped months ago. we touched it again early this week and bounced. the high of that bounce to the penny is 86.57... 86.57 just happens to be 1/4 of way from the lm to the m.. of the oil chart posted months ago. so if/when its rejected and we fall below 8319 then the usd should strengthen. but many times when oil is falling. a war breaks out or a terrorist attack happens.. pipelines/oil rigs, ect. get blown up.. so who knows.. watch.. im bearish.. but i get out and wait for the bounce. strengthen lt if we hold below 76.43
