The USDJPY was another market we spoke about in the webinar...if you remember I was a bit vague about the reasons I thought this was going up...but it has blasted off. I got in this today and will be looking for longs again tomorrow.

Got a nice level on usdnok. Fundamentally nok could also become a more attractive safe haven after all the intervention in yen and chf.

NZDUSD Short - Entry and TP at the green lines.

AUDNZD Short - just watched this one at 1.28. Inverted H&S beneath, yesterday looks like a SFP.

Hi Pat,

I noticed you play the gaps slightly differently, waiting for a better entry than the open for the gap fill. What made you choose this particular entry? On previous charts you posted I could see a clear pullback to a level.

Well we were at the bottom of the daily range, so likely we will bounce. Entered of that 1 hour buob like candle that broke the trendline. Very good R:R as well so I thought it is worth a shot.

Thanks - got wiped out later on crude though !! - gives with one hand, takes back with the other lol !!

Yep - I was in the gap too - S/Out - been playing it on 10PM open for the last 17 weeks now, 0.5R - stats. 7 winners, 6 losers and 4 no shows.

Are you trading the gaps discretionary like this all the time now - ie not just entering automatically at 10pm but waiting for a level/PA before you take it ?

Well it has been going more and more to that. I entered at 10 pm before but lately I haven't. Just feels better for me this way. Have to gather some stats on it if this is the way to go for me.
