That's why IMO that game is not the one we as retail can compete.

In that particular trading field, is better value for money if you stick to the FA underlying that makes a pair move more than trying to find who and how different players manage the micro short term "logistics" of their order flow ....that is a game for dealers not traders in my books...

Somewhere out there is a good video of PTJ working an order. I think he is trying to buy some NYSE Composite futures right after the market just opened. Pretty sure he is coming in long, so he's adding to his position. Anyway, he bids on 300. Gets none, market moves away from him. Bids again, on less this time. Still nothing. Now the locals are on to him and have been buying too. Bids a thrid time. Again nothing. Then he explodes and offers 1500 cars fill or kill. So if your in the pit now, and your long, and your leaning on his bid, and everyone else is long with you, and that offer comes in, well guess what, the whole picture changes that second. Sure its a fill or kill. You might say, hell the guy is trying to ice the market, he prolly doesnt even want them, but the whole pit is long, who is going to step up and buy some to find out. But the instant the market stalls, the week longs, will start offering. Might only last for a second sure, but it might also stall it enough for yet other longs to want to join the offer. I think the video ends before the order is filled, will have to look for it.

bought the low at the lo, already dumped the position, not nearly enough momo or volatility to scalp, and going to a wedding this avo, so unless we get another retest of the lows within the next hour that's me for the week.. have a great weekend mofos...

brokers, traders, clerks...I wore red, it was standard issue, yellow was for clerks, light blue for exchange employees, black for security...aside of that you could get one made in just about any color...
