How's Flipper?
Flipper's doing well, except it's trading its a$$ off. More than I'd want to take live. It's staying right around average 4 per trade net. Tonight we're going to "dial it down" a little and see what effect that has on efficacy.
One other thing, though. I noticed that the directional bias curve (which controls the direction and also time in trades) looks very much like a long ema. I'm going to have such an ema fitted with a decent order polynomial regression, and take its slope. It'd we a real hoot if the slope of an ema could provide decent scalp-like trade calls.

The thing is, though, I'm not sure that's something they have to have FOMC vote on. Duration management generally falls under the category of "ALM" (asset-liability mgmt) and that is usually a tactical, rather than strategic, decision. And that, then would be under the radar.
