Here's my reasoning, and it has nothing to do with the chart... It moved strongly from 4260 last week. Long high momentum candles. Now we are in some kind of a retrace from 4450 (or whatever this is). If it's being rejected at 90, will have to go down to 4320. Pretty much no ifs/buts etc. Question is, is it ready to lose those gains from last week NOW? Anything is possible but I am inclined to think it was pushed so hard from 4260 for a reason. Of course this is just hot air, technicals still point both ways...

thats the 78.6% retrace....2 things Ive noticed with EU....if it retraces 78.6%....then it will move decidedly the other direction (in this case north) and if it retraces 50%, then its a correction and it wont cross through to the next fib....that being said......I believe your correct, but in Elliot Wave terms....the 2nd wave will end at the 78.6% area and then the Wave 3 will begin and watch out....1.46+
