Waiting on the sidelines for the next break, it appears, GBPUSD (15m) is the closest to breaking at the moment.

Actually forexhard wants to see 2 bar closes as a price action confirmation of breakout.

Yer I noticed that, but looking back on charts, it appears it can be confirmed on the first break, most of the time.

I go in small on the first, and wait for the 2nd close and then load up.

I have a pending order below the first 2 bars that closed below the CZ.
I may move it up after a few more up bars. My target is just above the CZ about 70 pips below.

Hey guys, notice the time? What you guys are witnessing right now is an Asian shakeout. As such, I don't give it too much notice.

However, an EA would have already opened a Short by now according to my rules. But sitting here watching the chart live, I'm not convinced going Short right now is the thing to do -- at least not yet.

I'm just putting this out there to show that 1) a robot can never replace a person, and 2) the trader must always assume full responsibility for their trades/actions no matter what.

Cheers.. Its all education for me, being Aussie, this is my 'uptime' so its interesting sitting watching it unplay, I am short, entered at 62726 (GBPUSD 15m) its sitting around breakeven.

But to clarify in case I mis-read: you executed at market (on a M15 chart) AS SOON AS you see two closes above the buffer?

With a stop circa 30pips away?

First post - Morning Chaps have taken the e/u short on 15 minuete chart.

Looking to back up the magnificent G/U long from yesterday.

Thanks to the forexhard for his efforts.

btw i have been opening 2 position first t/p even risk reward- then 2nd to breakeven and lit it rip till older CZ or major price resistance

Im going mad shorted outa the box and the box has moved. LOL

must be the previous box the fresh box id attatched to. no dram break even locked in

Still working my way through it.

Steve, I think there are problems with the EA in terms of CriminalECN, as the stops/tp's are still not hitting (5 digit), your other EA's work though. Might be something little.

Secured some pips today.

Now to work out some good SL/TP combos and off I go. I am going into trades with a 20SL and 45TP, but also a 11.5 trailing.. working so far.

If anyone wants to use it, I have added a simple trade management EA called Stealth V.2 that everyone can use. It's pretty straightforward with the parameters. Hidden stoploss and take profit are self explanatory. Breakeven will move the stop to BE after "X" number of pips. Breakeven Shift is the number of pips over BE that you want the stop moved to. For example, the default Breakeven Shift is 25, and the default BE is 100. So when price moves 100 pips in your favor, the EA will move the stop to BE +25 pips to lock in the profits. TrailStep will trail the trade by "X" number of pips once price reaches the order open price + the Breakeven point. Hopefully it can help out those who want to set their trades and go to bed.

As far as I know it works on both, you'll need to test it out for sure as I haven't used it in a long time.

Yup.. I reversed worked it.. 10 pips = 10 pips on a 5 digit broker.

Now to merge this with Steve's initial breakout and off we go.

This has to do with money management, which I think is an important part of any trading thread, and is not changing the initial strategy at all. If it was my thread, I wouldn't have any objection as long as it doesn't dilute the the main premise of the thread itself, which it does not. It's just an extra tool for those who want to try it and no one's forcing you or anyone else to use it.

Mer, is your download in post #545 an indi or an EA? You talk about it like it can take trades and adjust the trailing stops on them based on fib numbers. Can it?

Also, I've sent you 3 PM's by now. Is your PM function turned off, or are you just ignoring me?
