I have been following this system for 2 weeks now and i most say it look so interesting and promising. Looking at the attached chart, i guess this is a perfect example of SMBT trade

Took a bad trade today on GU, not stopped out yet but it wont be long.

The set up candle was weak, is that where I went wrong?

Problem I see is that it isn't any one of the setups in the system,

bands are definitely striking, so you should be looking for a bounce of the mid-line at the earliest, that bounce was no where

no Arnold thats not where you went wrong.. you went worng way before that in by not doing the first two steps.. reco 1.. reco 2.. if reco one is not there.. you don't even move to reco 2.. if reco two is not there you don't even have a play..

reco 1 is to see if the PA band is N or S or SM..
in the GU case it was S and still is... so your reco 2 is, to fit the appropriate play and look for SMBT or SBT setup..
now look at your entry... was it even developed to a SMBT play?.. did PA ever cross and return back to beyond Mid band?..

that's where you went wrong..

its ok , take the loss and move on.. we live and learn.

Do not take the basic steps of the PLAN for granted..
they are the back bone.. you got to have those first before you do anything.
the two reco's are must, as i have mentioned in my first post of this thread.. reading and understanding of the first two pages of this thread is vital.
