Binary options forex broker?

what was the problem?what did they say to you?

optionbit is very convenient and reliable platform. I can recommend highly, from my experience.

I'm trading with optionbit for a few years, and i never had any problems what so ever withdrawing my earning, so i have a good experience with optionbit.

I agree with Alex, it's quit easy to use this platform, friendly for the beginner

I was really hoping Yoda Glenn was still around to answer a few questions. I was originally interested in bianaries due to your reward to risk ratio you were discussing. Firstly, is this just a thing of the past (earnings up to 5x your risk on like the monthly projected targets). It seems as if all binary option brokers just offer a straight 75% or 80% or whatever, period. Doesn't make any sense to me to offer same returns on a 1 hour projected up or down after a solid break of a major pivot, S/R area or whatever vs projecting the market to be up or down in a month or even by the end of the NewYork session assuming you entered near the beginning. It seems the thread you started on why you choose binary option trading when completely crazy after a while and it was your take on the whole thing I was interested in. It appears as if hedgestreet that you referred to is just Nadex now, is that right? Also, there is no adjustments anymore to how close to expiry you are as far as payouts. The broker just offers a number of choices like 30min or 1hour and the payouts are exactly the same percentage. Is this correct? I hear Nadex offers a 75% payout on wins and complete loss on losers.
I'm working on a system that may have some potential of predicting the market being above or below (on a currency pair) from the opening to the close of the session. Is there any difference in payout with Nadex if my prediction is just a few pips correct vs 60 pips for example. I'm referring to the Nadex's somewhat confusing explanations about possibly 2or 3 different price areas being reached for payouts (in the Newyork session that I'm interested in). Will my payout always be the same reguardless of time or distance. 75% payouts puts the odds distinctly against you, but I could still make money with a solid 2 out 3 win/loss ratio. Just wondering what the heck is going on? If you even answer to this mess of babble I will be seriously impressed and most appreciative. Thanks in advance.

Take notice to all the "new posters" endorsing these scam Binary Options Brokers. They all have a post count of between 1 - 23. These people endorsing scam shops like OptionBit and BullOptions are OptionBit and BullOptions themselves. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

There is only one safe and regulated broker for US residents, and that is Nadex.

This is false. Nadex doesn't take a large cut of your profits like scam shops like OptionBit, BullOption and AnyOption do. The pay out for Nadex can be as high as 1000% and the contracts are something like $1 to get in and $1 to get out (I am not sure of the exact price at the moment.)

I'm relatively new to this forum (as far as number of posts anyway), myself. Intuitavely I knew you were the one that knows what's going on. Interestingly enough I recieved the info about Nadex from a review not on this forum where the guy was actually appearing to promote Nadex. He said you can make "up to 75%" on your initial stake. It sounded like a maximum amount to me. It looks like my street smarts drew the right conclusion that Nadex is the way to go from what you just said. There site does appear to be a little confusing since I've spent the last 6 years staring at forex charts on MT4 and basically losing money whenever I trade live. I'm sick of the whole getting stopped out by 2 pips B.S. and was liking the idea of not having a stop at all. I don't want to spend the next 3 months perfecting a system only to discover there was no intention of ever paying me in the first place. I'm willing to go through the learning curve with Nadex and forgo the cute "push the green up or red down buttons" (wow! just like a casino) if there's a good reputation. If my methodoly pans out I want to actually get paid, and get paid on a regular basis no matter what the amount. Are there serious traders doing this with Nadex and are you one of them? Anyhow, sorry for being so nosy and thanks for responding. I'm just trying to sift threw the B.S. Knowing my luck my strategy will turn out to be a bunch of crap anyway. Thanks again.

Yes I am one of those traders who makes a LIVING off of Nadex. Also, like you, I started out in Spot Forex and for years I had no luck at all. Then, I found Nadex. It takes a couple of months to understand how Binary's work/trade on Nadex, BUT IT IS WORTH IT! Nadex Binaries take the volatility out of Forex, thus making Forex a smoother trading experience. Whoever said Nadex ONLY has a 75% payout is lying. The entire concept of a %75 or %85 payout only is such a greedy scam. For example, if you buy a $10 contract from Nadex, and it closes out at $100, then you have made 1000%. What you payout to Nadex is something like $1 - $3 commission on a $1000 profit margin. (Where as rip off operations like OptionBit, AnyOption and BullOption it would cost you $300!) I do not trade these $10 contracts though, I simply stick with $50 contracts, thus dividing the chart into a YES or NO win lose situation. Will the price be at this half of the chart by 3 pm, yes or no? Since I don't give out my strategy, I suggest you open a Nadex account with a tiny bit of money (like $100) and then practice without using that money. Simply draw lines on the charts where your strike prices would be if you were really trading.

I'll have to look into this further. I opened a Nadex demo a few weeks ago but I have so many projects going on right now I never had a chance to dig in.

I actually trade stock and index options at InteractiveBrokers in one of my IRAs with good results. Hopefully my understanding of options will translate to binaries...

Be advised that the Demo on Nadex is not the same as a live account. I believe the type and number of contracts is limited on their Demo, whereas in a Live account anything you can see you can buy (or sell.)

As long as the data feed and pricing models are the same as live I'll have enough to go on.

It looks like they use the Black-Scholes model which makes sense since the options are basically European-style. i.e. they can only be exercised on expiration.

You've sure been a lot of help. I see your responses have caught the attention of other "serious" traders. Somebody trading with Interactive Brokers I see. Interestingly enough, my strategy I was working on would be ideal (if it works at all in the end), to the trade example you gave. Will the market be above or below my initial buy of the contract. This half of the chart or the other half. Yes or no. If you don't mind my prying a little, lets say I purchase a $10 contract near the opening of the Newyork session (I'm talking currencies). I was actually thinking of the 3pm expiry just like in your example as it is listed on their site. I'm wrong because the currency is down from my initial buy in price and I had banked on it being up. I would lose my $10 (plus a fee?) right? They probably give different payout projections at the time of the contract purchase but hypothetically how much might I make on a $10 contract. You usually wouldn't make $100 on your aprroximately 6 hour projection on the price being up would you? The thought has me kinda salivating a bit. Or is it the payout always the same $100 and its a matter of the price they allow you to buy the contract at. You could get real lucky and they are only charging $10 for the contract or maybe they would want a lot more for the contract depending on their perception of market conditions. Anyhow thanks for your help.

$10 contracts that turn out to be true, and end up becoming %1000 percent gains are RARE. Rare, but it happens at least once a week, maybe twice a week on any given currency pair. The problem with trading $10 contracts is that not only do you have to predict the right direction, but now you also have to predict a major (high volume) move for the day.....something that I find nearly impossible.

This is correct. Nadex contracts always pay out in $100 per contract, no matter what you bought or sold that contract for. Whether you pay $5 for a contract or $90 for a contract, the pay out will always be $100 per contract.

As for the value of contracts when you decide to exit your trade, it depends on how close to the expiration time you are. Getting out of a contract that wont expire for another 10 hours will result in less losses than a contract that is about to expire in one hour. I always trade at 8am, so if I were to get out of a contract, where the price was going against my strike price in a big way, I always expect to lose %50 of my investment.

Nadex would obviously be a much better choice then the binary option brokers trying to get everyone to jump in on their 80% payouts with their 30 minute choices making everyone think you could just win 10x in a row over and over again making incredible amounts everyday (then probably not get paid anyway). Sounds like you look over the choices and take the $50 contracts with an upside of doubling your money and generally getting out at half that amount($25). I'm guessing these markets have a "normal" degree of uncertainty and not overly biased in either direction. That sure beats the average 1to1 ratio of most spot forex strategies. You could lose 2x for every win and still be relatively even. Reverse that ratio and I could see a very strong strategy. I've played the spot forex game enough to know the proverbial win 2 out of 3 with your winners twice the size of losers is mostly a scam by the forex gurus. You always end up getting out long before your target ever reaches 2x your risk level, but they paste these as winners all over their track record hoping you get out your calculator and start drooling. I'm guessing the strongly biased markets have a contract price over $50 were you to take the biased direction, and in this case you pass on the offer right?
My strategy I'm working on is extremely different than most. Not a single bit of attention is paid to s/r,pivots, market rumor or anything. Its more like a hunch with an edge. I have reason to believe certain bank traders use it as an edge to deciding on whether the market will end up above or below the Newyork open before the close. So I may end up taking all trades in the direction of my "advanced hunch" with a contract price of $60 or $70 or below. We'll see, I have to get off my butt and delve into the Nadex platform if I can see further promise on my MT4 platform. Thanks for all your help. Its hard as heck to find someone who's a real trader on these forums and you're more appreciated than you probably realize.

I've been delving into Binary Options, and have to agree that NADEX is really the ONLY broker I would deal with with regards to options. There are several very obvious reasons for this and if you do any Binary Options Trading it will become err apparent soon enough. But to save you a few $100, just go to NADEX, get a demo account, play for 2 weeks and then try some low value real trades.
NADEX is a little different because on Nadex you are really "trading", read the tutorials and it will make sense very quickly.

The other guys....read their TOS and how they calculate your earnings...this should be your first red flag that something funny is going on with them. Second red flag is that calculation after the trade closes..wow just stay away when you see this happening...they aren't calculating for your benefit....this is how they make their money.
The other guys...try getting your money out..all that winning at 71% really means nothing if you can't get your money.

Binary Options is not really as new as it seems...and a set up like you see on NADEX is what it should look like....not a green "up" and red "down" button...that is not Binary Options trading....that's flipping a coin. Trading Binary Options profit/loss should be determined on where you come in during the open option cycle..i.e. where you make your purchase.

One little strategy to help with your trades....years ago I wrote some detailed stuff on multi-time frame stochastics trading in Forex...which I think is still in Forex Factory...search for "Escalator to Pips" or "Spudfyre". Combine the stochastic movement with the buy sell movement on NADEX Binary Options and you will find that the buy/sell movement acts as a strength indicator to the stochastic movement....making trades a whole lot of fun. Don't ask, just read.

And remember; if you have to pay for a system that is suppose to make you money, then obviously it isn't making enough money for the person who is selling it.

I have been looking into trading binaries very seriously now for a little while. Is NADEX still the best broker to use for this? And if so what types of binaries do they offer (one touch, boundry, high/low 60 second etc)?
Also are there any brokers that are as good or better than NADEX? I have looked into brokers such as 24options.com, Bank De Binary? Either of these any good?

Nadex is an exchange for binaries they are the best available , it belongs to IGgroup , just get a demo account to see what they offer , they adopt the 0-100 binary price model unlike other regular binary options brokers out there , just open a demo account to see ...
