Anyone know of a platform offering API access to binary forex options? I'd like to setup a news trading system using binary options. Thanks for any info.
Oanda. Though their API is not cheap and they only offer "box options" which are a type of exotic binary options i guess. I find their spin on binary options as pretty useless but they might be close enough to what you are looking for.

Actually it's exactly the other way around. It's too dangerous for Oanda to allow algo access to box options. That's also why they have the 20000 USD limit on total box option bets - to discourage big players with the knowledge to exploit the boxes hitting them.
