Sorry, still not quite right, but it's getting closer

still problems on the mildly striking bands

you have two green boxes, one for MSCT and one for MSBT, but you have mixed and matched the criteria for uptrend / downtrend

should be

MSBT - Uptrend - bounces of lower TMA, Downtrend - bounces of Upper TMA

MSCT - Uptrend - bounces of upper TMA with a double top (SL less than 15), Downtrend - bounces of lower TMA with a double bottom (SL less than 15)

In addition, on the part where you put how to recognize the bands (with the alternating red/blue/yellow etc.) you might want to add the bit I recently mentioned that if most of the candles in the recent run were OUTSIDE of the bands, this indicates more likely than not striking

Hi P.Dean. John and all. Not trading today as very busy with chores. However I have comprised a word doc with most of the basic rules on it. I have added to it since but have not updated it. You may take a look and advise all if they should use it. I'll fix up a update version sometime next week or when time permits.

It`s very interesting combining with other indicators too...
I will post too my perfekt entries so we can all coment on it and make better.

very interesting, your first post and you ALREADY want to add more indicators.

WHY? the system works perfectly as is, adding indicators would only add lag to trade entries.

The system currently contains everything needed to trade profitably

We have the TMA True, which acts as a fluid support & resistance, and the RF Finder, which helps people with a lesser understanding of pure price action to know when the direction has turned again.

I would suggest you trade the system as is for a while, other people on the forum have and are posting profitable trades LIVE.

wow, everyone is writing overviews

small point (maybe you have already fixed this in your version), on mid-band striking plays, the minimum distance should be 10 pips to the LL or HH not the upper/lower band

Right now I see on eur/usd big tma range 52.8 pips, so it is too big for looking for entry? ...and what about tma trend, which numbers tell me is it neutral, mild striking or striking...? what is the max stop loss and what is the profit target ?
the answers to your questions are in the thread, and both Ozpips and Daytrade5 have produced nice summary documents

if you are not willing to investigate some time unfortunately you won't get much out

in addition today is NFP, if you must trade today wait until after the announcement and after any spikes that may occur have settled down

P.Dean first of all I want to thank you for your precious time and thoughts for generating a strategy and sharing with us on this site...Posting live charts demonstrates your absolute confidence in the method as well as facilitating learning. I also want to thank jmw1970, ozpips, and others who have contributed comments and more important live charts for us to learn from. This has been my first week following the method and I have been profitable. I apologize for not posting live charts. I guess I was afraid of scrutiny. Scrutiny is how we learn so my goal in the upcoming week is to participate more.

I'm not an expert my any means but your entry looks technically correct. Mildly Striking countertrend (TMA line slightly trending up) coming off of a double top.

Very volatile this morning with gaps. EU is now at MIDMOM DB trade. Pending order waits

Edit: In trade with RF confirmation

Current bar making a new high is good

Next bar new low is bad still support on mid band

OUT -10 looking very toppy now
