1. Speaking only for myself, I can't recommend a br0ker. One trader's "good" br0ker may be another trader's nightmare.

2. Personally, if I were trading, I'd only go for br0kers regulated in the UK, Australia, or Singapore and none from the US or elsewhere. Not necessarily "no headache", but for me definitely "less headache". Don't ask me why. It's my personal choice.

3. How to deposit money? Just get the bank details of your br0ker, then go to any local bank branch and execute a normal wire transfer.

4. Some people like to deposit via credit card. Some like to use Paypal.

5. Some people just open a USD account in an offshore bank and don't even bother withdrawing their profits; they just use that bank's debit card service.
