I had a buy for the A/$ & in @1.08470; Buy @ 1.43550 for the E/$ (triggered.) Both on the 1H TF at 07:00 CDT.

Thanks Titch. So you will take a trade after bouce off s&r line and price goes through BL and 50 ema correct?

Hi Jules

I will but I will also look at the s/r levels of the consolidation. If it is close I will wait for this to break. If there is some room I will enter then look to do a sequential exit at that point and put the trade to scratch so even if it returns I still walk away with a profit. Also it may not be a bounce it could be a break of the trend line in to a reversal so wait and look what happens as price hits the trend line. If it breaks the trend line then I will do the same as above with regards to the consolidation s/r bl and 50ema.

My E/$ buy was stopped out for a -25 pips. I shouldn't have traded in an area of congestion, I have to start looking left more! My A/$ is struggling to get back to BE and the same comments can be applied to that trade also. I did have trend confirmation on the 4H & 15M TFs but just too choppy for a decent trade. Hope you all do better, p.

Unless the congestion area is quite wide I do tend to wait for it to break the high or low.

I caught the GBP USD bounce and break of previous day and congestion high, currently up 90 pips
Also caught the AUD USD beautiful bounce and break of congestion high,
currently up 91 pips.
Both trades the way I love to trade. Breakout of previous days high especially when it has been in a congestion. Love them as you know.

Hi Milan,

Will do in a bit as I am a bit busy at the moment sorting out some other trades. If you look at the chart I posted yesterday you will see how I marked the chart up ready to take the trade

Attached chart of AUD USD 1Hr perfect bounce from trend line as well as balance line and 50 ema. Thin red line is first SL, partial profits taken at consolidation high and then SL moved to BE. Then SL moved up to manage the trade.

Hi all

That is me done!

As you are all aware I put a post up a few weeks ago to say I was working on a new project. Well it has now come to the point where I need to concentrate on that. After being involved in this thread it became clear to me that a lot of traders had a real lack of understanding of trading principles such as money management, support and resistance, trend lines and breakouts to name but a few. I have tried to help everyone as much as I can on here but after sifting through the internet to find material to help people learn I also discovered there was a lot of complete rubbish out there with people just interested in making a big profit and teaching noting and providing no support.

I have had so many requests from traders on here asking for me to teach them the principles of trading which is why I have decided to open my own trading school to help and support people through their learning process on how to trade.

The response has been phenomenal which is why I need to dedicate my time to them as well as my own trading.

I would like to wish you all the very best of luck and hope you all become successful traders!
