Fact is that a lot of threads start very active, positive and all haleluja, but the fact is that most start changing things and in the end there is nothing left of the original system.

I commend you for the great efford here, to keep everybody focussed on the core of the system.

And... for that matter you are entitled to be so extremely modest (at least in my opinion)

Doesn't matter. I am at the office too.

I trade when I can, when I miss a trade... who gives a damn. the market will be there tomorrow also.

Be patient, trade when you can and then when the market gives you the GO signal you jump in, when there is no singal... so what next time better.

Hi

Still here and trading Dred

But nice to step back and let new voices be heard

It has been a tough few days but the account is well up

Today I had

GU + 12%
UC + 10%
EU + 5%
AU -5% +5%

ROC + 27%

I may go quiet but Im still here Dred is my main system and cant see that changing its been to consistant and gives you everey thing you need in a system

Good to see all of you guys making money. I can't say the same for myself.

It is very hard to test this system when peak hours occur during London starting at 3 am for me. Since summer school for me has started and will continue till mid Aug should I test a new system?

I continue to trade 5 Min Paulus style in non-peak hours when London is closed and seem to get nowhere near the trades you guys get.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Perhaps you could try H1/H4 timeframe with smaller lots ?

Tough one to get over I can only suggest try looking at the US Asian swaps

All systems need volatility without it we get no large moves ie from pivot to pivot

Or trade on a daily time frame with weekly or monthly pivots Dred could give more advice on this as that's his baby I think but I see it as the only solution you want to cut out the small up down moves you can get after London closes and before it opens..using 4 hour or daily time frame should really help with that

Okay thanks.

Question for you though. A legit trade has to be HH HL with rejection at pivot and HA candle change though is it still a good enough trade with just HH HL and HA candle change?
