Ok I see because H1 is a mess since last week .

I don't think we are in range trading intraday but a measured move down with deep pocket buyers and long term investor holding a fast sell off before reports on EZ. Every move down has been responded with big retraces (intraday) so break lower deep pullback but without breaking to HH since last Thursday. Untradable below H4 but hey good luck...

Germany is the benchmark in Europe, just looking at the periphery rates/CDS does not tell you the whole story, you need to see how they react in relation to the German numbers, if spreads and rates increase relative to Germany, then that is bad news for the euro and show a lack of appetite in holding euros, all you have to do then is judge the risk on the second half of the pair, as I showed in the last few pages to see the result of the overal appetite for EURUSD, always break it down to each half. There are plenty of days when there is bad news for the EUR, but with loads of risk appetite in the dollar half to still drive EURUSD up as a pair.

I get mine from Bloomy, not sure where to get them elsewhere, anybody have any suggestions?

DOW staying below 12400, es testing 1300 once more, risk is definitely turning of here, dollar up, euro down.

May be joining the scalpers shortly

Overnight book should be just about cleared here, German/Italy spread widening, Italy CDS up at 325 for the day. Dow holding below support, es testing it, XAU holding 1600, no profit taking there or change of risk.

Overall good news for the dollar and pressure on the Euro on all fronts here, stop looking for longs and let's see if we can test 40 again in this pair, it was a player most of last week and should be a player here this week.

They also said that this year was the first year to where all the banks gave their
full asset value towards the bad states of Europe, lol, Trillions of loans unaccounted for before.

Lol, and now they are saying China's asset backed Municipal loans are actually inflated to the max {asset overvalued} ...

The real issue in all of this mess is not the debt, Germany on its own can handle that one. It is the value of the CDS's out there, as nobody really knows how much is out there. The sub prime mess was not caused by the bad loans, but by the volume of CDS attached to them. That's what brought the market down.

The same will happen in Europe if the sh!t hits the fan, don't worry about the debt, worry about the insurance instead, that could well be a very large multiple of the the underlying debt itself.
