i'm on holidays since start of june and i dont plan going back to the civilization till mid-september.
the sea is less than 100 meters from my house so whenever there is no action i go for a swim.
Kostas has an open invitation if he ever decides to come south, but they also have even better beaches up north not so close but not far either.

Greece is a great place to live with limitless places to explore, hundreds of islands and a great mainland too any time of the year. so i try to quit the rat race and be able to trade from anywhere i am from a laptop only. 20 pips/day would do that and more.

dreaming aside, the constrainment demo trade in USDCHF hit the TP for +50pips before it shoot up, but as i said this was demo, if it was real i would have chickened out in the first +10 or so, anyway here is a pic.

have a great weekend everyone, catch you back on monday.

NZDUSD H1 50 Touch

Probable 2-bar retrace to H1 50.

It could confluence with H4 10 and H1 62.

Nice observation Haydel,

It barely pierced H1 50 thorough then bounced. for such kind of trade, do you use lower time frame bar for confirmation before enter the trade, like 5 minutes pin? (for this one, it's a double bottom of M15)

Thank you neomn

What I liked the most in this one was the H4 10EMA touch. Kostas1 said that these are very reliable. But not just that, I also liked the H4 and D1 up trend and of course the two Bar retrace to the 50EMA. I also really like the H1 62SMA bounces after that kind of long retraces.

I was ready to enter with all that information, but as you said, the double bottom of M15 gave the final confirmation, so I my entry was at that M15 PinBar COB.

Including spread my entry price was 0.8422, I’m +23p already, I moved my SL to BE, setting my TP and I will go to sleep.

I think the price will slow down near RN 0.8450 where H1 is already touching a “not too steep” 10EMA. Taking profit and H1 10EMA would be good (+20p), but I’m willing to give this trade a chance for more because H4 10 touches along with H1 62SMA touches usually gives more pips, so my target is +38p at 0.8460 a level where several H1 bars closed or touched before.

Happy trading

Good analysis, Haydel

I guess we need to take a look at longer time frame chart, in anticipation of potential dance trade. Once the trade is close, zoom in to lower TF and watch the price action, and enter the trade only from lower bar confirmation, instead of set the limit order thinking it will be bounce.

also confluence from other dance criteria will be added assurance.

You and Kodtas1 are good at picking potential trades. As for as scan of potential candidate, other than H4 10ema, do you have other set up to pay attention for particularly?

You guys are already earning pips and it's not London open yet! Good job.
I am looking at the following confluence in EU:
H1 10, Weekly Pivot, Daily S1, RN, M15 35/50.
Only disadvantage the gap up at the 1.411 (EDIT:typo it's 1.414) area.......

Hi Kostas1
I should've put the pivot indicator there, tonight it mainly bounce between daily and weekly pivot.

for the gap, the chance of being filled are large. But you never know how long it take. Last week it take three day to fill the gap. I guess it all depend on current news and sentiment of the market.

Usually in Asian session the price rarely falling very big, and fill the gap quickly. Not sure if there is negative news for EURO today, other than the bank stress test.

You're right. So far, looks like a repeat of last Monday, but something tells me that this gap will be filled sooner.

I am grasping for air, when real money is on the line it is so hard to follow the rules! (My risk pertrade has gone down to 0.1% pertrade)

For EURJPY I am out at 30 pips, for GY I was out at 10 pips due to the ranging nature, warning: not according to the rule.

I am waiting to reenter EU or EJ for a touch.

Total pips = 30

wow, I am already feeling like I need to stop now.(But I won't unfortunately) If there is a drug that will suppress emotions for a while it will sell very very well.
