Sorry to hear about the loss of your dog. I have reviewed your original post but did not find any reason to doubt that the information OANDA provided to you to be false or erroneous. There was a bit of miscommunication with such items as the "complete log" which for the technical team means the complete OANDA log. For reasons of security of course we cannot share the full client log.

Can someone pls check if their MT4 is having any connection? fxTrade works though.
I found a penny today. That's +100 pips for me.

Now I have a huge gap in all time frames under one hour. The price was not recorded while MT4 was down. Even if you download the history again there is still this gap which affects indicators etc.
I found a penny today. That's +100 pips for me.

Anyone know if Non US residents will still be able to trade gold and silver with Oanda after 15th july?

At times like this, Sunday 5:48 p.m., thinkorswim via gain capital has a better spread on EUR/USD than Oanda, 3 to their 4. But Oanda usually has the best by about .5 pips. It's usually about a tie with USD/JPY.

I tried Oanda's demo FxTrade order entry and charting platform but don't like it over TOS order entry and charting. Oh well, was hoping for a great spread for EUR/USD. Guess I'll increase my capital and try MBT, IB, LCG, etc. in time.

P.S. Same with USD/JPY now, TOS is better. I also know that TOS hardly widens at news times unlike Oanda.

1. It's a Sunday, do you actually expect good spreads today? Best spreads are Monday to Friday and Oanda wins hands down vs. TOS.

2. Have you tried the MT4 platform?

No, I wasn't sure if it was stabilized yet, I'll try the MT4 platform on demo if possible to give it another try. (Nevermind, forgot MT4 doesn't work on macs).

P.S. 6:32 p.m. now, Oanda EUR/USD and USD/JPY spread are now a little better than TOS.

Gold is a commodity no government Body or body of people can tell anyone what they can or can't trade a Commodity . it'll be Like telling you or me that we can't buy wood or rice or meat. Their are many uses for gold like building processors and capping a tooth. and the way i buy it is my prerogative. I don't Know if what this site is true or Not, as they say they are quoting Forex.com and i don't trade with them. But if it was true this news would have been published to the mass media and beyond. The only time in history it was illegal to Own gold was during the Great depression and for the U.S to use the same strategy as FDR. would signal that things in the U.S economy is far worst than it is being painted as
