Oanda is having connection issues… AGAIN! Don’t know if it’s specific to just their mobile app for the iPhone, or an issue for all of their platforms… this seems to be a recurring problem

60 Pip Spreads at market open on Sundays? It's always ridiculous at market open but that's getting out of hand. That could easily wipe someone out of their trade.

With that said, don't be too hyped up as a futures trader it isn't all that and most importantly the flow will predominantly be artificial by means of the market maker's algos. The vast majority of the orders you see in any part of the session are now mostly algos flashing back and forth all day long. This is why pairs like eurusd only move when they want it to and moves in ways that don't make sense. You don't want to be trading against them, they will easily take out a level just for you - this is a whole subject for a different forum. Oanda is definitely a dark pool broker.

If anything it'll just make you feel like a trader.

But that exist already for years in FX desktop. You have that DOM button to click on order window. Right?

That's just top of market, yes it's been around for a while.

I'm assuming it's going to be bottom they are implementing, I don't know why they'd email blast everyone about it if it weren't.

I have 5 levels on both sides for EURUSD and didnt get any email.
I presume you are on some other Oanda division (UK here) that just introduces this.
