is there a time limit on funding a new account?
Ignored
If you have an active account, meaning its already been approved and ready for funding, then there is no time limit. However, if your account is deficient, meaning missing some sort of information such as a Photo ID, Address, Income Verification, then you have 30 days typically to complete it before we close the account.

I like Pro over the old Desktop, but they do have some new features in regular Desktop that haven't moved to Pro yet.

I hear that they are coming soon.

Hey Justin,

I've got 2 questions. PLEASE help me, I've been through your normal customer service but they were not helpful.

1) I have to use the Ninjatrader platform because that is how I get my signals. I've got no problem with this. But when I enter into multiple trades on the same time frame (for example I'll enter into the EURUSD at 1.2222 and also again later at 1.4444) I CANNOT CHOOSE which trade to close. This is because Ninjatrader ONLY exits orders based on the FIFO rule. So if I want to close my 1.4444 order and keep my 1.2222 order open I can't. It will ALWAYS close the first order I entered into.

I asked support at MBT and they said to install Desktop Pro which allows me to choose which trade I want to close. BUT for some reason I can't have both Ninja and Desktop Pro open at the same time, they just wont work at the same time. I've also tried loggin into MBT WebLite, but I can't find an option to close out only one of my multiple positions.

So how can I do this? Is there an option in MBT Web Lite that I'm missing? Is there away to open MBT Navigator while Ninja is open, and if yes does that software have an option to choose which position I want to close? HELP!

2) Do you provide UNFILTERED data? Its important to me to have accurate data. And I understand that brokers don't always have unfiltered data, so I was going to sign up with a Data service provider. If you don't provide unfiltered data what Data Services do you know that work well with MBT's ECN liquidity pool?

Thanks,
Ben

Justin,
I have read through much of this thread and seen reference to a possible overseas (non-USA based) operation for forex. Also mention of possible Gold CFD trading but for UK residents only. Could you please give an update on both these subjects?

Another question for Justin. I have seen mention here that the Metatrader4 server time will be changed to GMT+2. I have a demo and it is on US eastern time. Is it still planned to make this change?
thanks

We are opening an office in the UK this summer, but the official date we go live has not been established. Re CFD's, we do plan to offer them eventually, but they will not be immediately available when we launch.

Justin,i have 2 Live acct on MT4 and Desktop Pro,my questions are,
1.Why is Quotes Differs on MT4 and Desktop Pro? Shouldnt they be the same since Both are LIVE accts?[i know it cos i practically 'eye-ball' the quotes almost all day long!]
2.Situation for today gotten worst,if Question 1's situation isnt bad enough, here is what had happened.I had Shorted a position via Desktop Pro platform but the result is that my Shorted position took the quotes from MT4 instead, why is this kind of situation happening? [Allow me to elaborate further, for example i Shorted Usd/Cad at 0.9855 fr Desktop Pro's platform and MT4 is showing me 0.9850 at the same time,i was 'given' 0.9850[MT4's quote] even though i used Desktop Pro to execute my Short trade] so,u see can that Differs in quotes does not just happens once in a blue moon,it happens all the time and matter of fact it happens the whole day!
