Check the EU based brokerages. If you see in the broker's contract that:
- clients’ funds are held in segregated accounts from company’s accounts
- broker is regulated by strict European Union laws and regulations
- retail clients get protection through the investor compensation fund
The easiest/quickest way is to check their FAQ. Renesource (ECN), Tadawul (STP) are two examples.
