The Current GBP/USD appaers to be retesting the broken support Trend line , I guess we should have a bounce (to the down side) at 1.7377, and our Stop loss of 1.7397 should hold.

BTW i would like to know why you think itsgoing to start dropping? Also by how much and till what price? Do you have an estimation ?

Well, I'm glad you reached your new target. I had no special reason to believe it will go down, I was just hoping for that senario. Would work more to my advantage for what I currently have going on.

Euro/Usd : exited at 1.1971 bought at 1.1934 : + 37 pips

GBP/USD : Still in the trade

SL 1.7397
Target 1.7062.

Euro/USD : Price is channeling between 1.2032 and 1.2006

I am looking to trade the breakout. However we have to be careful of a false breakout.


We have stong resistance at 1.2036 which happens to be the resistance trend line.

The commercials are long on the CHF , whch would translate to bullish on the Euro/USD bcoz of the high degree of corelation between CHF and EURO.

If the price breaks above 1.2032 I am looking at a retest of the resistance trend line on the daily chart at about 1.2181

If the price breaks below 1.2006 I am looking at a retset of the support trend line of 1.1832.

I personally am think the price will go down just to retest the support T. line , why ?
Bcoz i See Negitive Divergence on the hourly stocastics ,
While Macd is neutralizing and a jump up in price followed by a drop would create a good MacD divergence.

This being said I yet am euro bullish on the long run.

GBP/USD:
Price is consolidating between 1.7482 and 1.7447

on the Daily Chart: We have +ve Macd Divergence
On the Hourly : We have -ve Stocastics Divergence
On the 15 Mint We have Macd Neutarization.

I expect the price to fall first before it continues its upward journy.

USD/CHF

Daily Chart: Looks like the 1-2-3 topping out process.
With the point 3 beling 1.2958
Ideally we should be looking to go short on the break of the point 3.

Hourly Chart:
We have a good Support trend Line from 1.3227 and 1.3129 extended.

However we have a broken support trend line too, hence It seems to me the price should continue its journy downwards after retesting the main trend line at about : 1.3067

Short Term: Long till 1.3067
Longer term : Short from 1.3067.

Euro-USD just broke the range on the upside, now the test is the piviot level of 1.2052, if it breaks that i will go long, if it holds then i will look at going short after it crosses the lower range bound at 1.2006

Sell USD/JPy:
Macd Divergence on daily, Retesting resistance tredline on the hourly

@ 117.69 : 10 pips below the Piviot level of 117.79
Sl @ 117.99 , above the resitance trend line as well as above the piviot of referance.


Target: open.

USD/JPy short from 117.59 , Sl @ 117.99
Target <new> 117.09 The other side of the resistance trend line.

Euro/USd long from 1.2048 SL 1.2014 Target: 1.2086 (R1 on Daily Piviot levels)

It broke the range of 1.1944 then came back to range bound, however usd/chf broke the range bound on the lower side signifing a potential upward euro/usd movement

I am begining to wonder why the market is moving sooooo slowly, I feel like exiting my trade just out of boredom specially since i will have a few pips on the table.

Maybe i will do just that book profits and the reenter.... at a better price than my exit.

I guess the traders have begun chopping wood , after a incraese in price on the euro/usd.

I expect a reversal at 1.2090 till 1.2028. However during the tokya session i expect the market to be range bound.

Hence the following entries

Buy 2 lots @1.2065 Sl 1.2055 target 1.2090 (sell 4 lots) i.e.

Reverse and sell @ 1.2090 SL 1.2130 Target 1.2038 and then reverse trade again however wait for confirmation on that.

Lost on the euro /usd, consolidating part, ent6ered too early I guess its a good time to enter now on the BB outerlimits and the RSI
