DislikedI shall start to add the usual filters to avoid over-trading soon, Shelley. I wanted to see if this one would make a half-decent start first and it has.

DislikedHi Steve,
Attached is a screen shot of Reversi performance so far, after a fairly rough optimisation to find a suitable time frame.
Running on 14 pairs without mptm trade management.
As you can see, seems to be profitable, but with substantial floating draw-down. Not bad for a first run & it may have long term legs with careful optimisation & good mptm settings. For now I will just leave it running in a corner of the VPS.
Yellow line is banked balance, red line is floating draw-down.
ATM up 15%

DislikedYes. Amidst all the fire and fury of exciting developments elsewhere, this little bot carries on doing its thing.
I am finding it lifting the balance slowly with most successful trades being taken out by a 50 pip jumping stop. Recovery has worked brilliantly.
I started the $2000 demo on the 29th May; current balance is $2038, so nearly a 2% balance increase.
More to the point is this: floating drawdown is typically a third of the profit so far, so the equity is consistently higher than the original deposit. In my limited trading experience,...Ignored
DislikedDang Steve, now I am going to have to take a day off of my life and see what the heck you have been doing. Congratulations.

DislikedGreeting Sir Macman,
is this graphic from the AccountEquity indicator?
If it is, can there be any advancement in the code to let it use less resources? {someone who can please help}
It is a nifty management tool, works with even fibs & Forks, but it uses so much resouces that often times it has to be viewed with the account off line.
That has been my experience. It would be good if we could find a way to let the indicator run on say half the resources it currently consumes when the makets are opened.

DislikedSteve,
Reversi doing good so far in my demo account and the recovery is remarkable as well. Is it possible for reversi to own an existing trade so that I can use it's recovery system for non-Reversi trades as well?
Thank you,
EddIgnored
DislikedYes. So long as both trades have the same magic number, R will regard any trade as its own. I am not absolutely certain that BE and re-entry lines will be drawn correctly for a pre-existing trade; try it and see.
