Can someone please help me with setting the DayStartHour in ay-MarketProfile indi? If I am at EST timezone and my broker is 4 hours ahead, what should I set for that?

1revious NY & Asia session resulted in un-secure highs which means indication a consolation day for most par of Monday.
2: As Inventory was Long & deem excessive, By London price was driven down pass NY high which was significant but see some interim support on Spike base.
3: NY session see failure at London's fair value too & price continue to & taken down SB with it ( NOTE that NY open is on SB level)
4: With yesterday NY's short inventory, Asia open hardly venture lower & show responsiveness continues from NY dips..close to 4550 level (damn)

After a strong initiatives on European open, the London opening test onto the previous London POC then met with response & reverse. Price head north & now have taken out all previous reference levels during the C period..now @ 4650 RN
Good time to reduce exposure...
Buy order filled, let see how it perform till us open! A Continueos 2 months winning streak overhaul my confidence level totally.

Anyway as for EU, the recovery to 79% retracement stands out like a sore thumb though...
But if it continue on i think u should aim higher then 4950 ; next would be 1.5170 which is on the register..u can go Guam & back again..

my current thoughts. there is room to the upside left for today, although risk is high as london IB marked the high, and generally that will cap a move. So we may first see a drop to the ledge support during NY before moving back up to set a new high late in NY or early asia. Thoughts?

Same here I was looking at the reference of Asia high to setup up for a pullback low. The trick is the reference to predetermine for a pullback low. The context here is we are looking are probable double distribution day & one-time-frame up; given Asia's balance & the tempo seen in European price moves intermediate term traders deem value as unfair & moving up the value...
Prior to NY open we see corrective move setting up for a Pullback Low. The trick is the reference to this pullback, either the previous day high or the current Asia high a or the 4 period pause of London profile.
But I have my sights set on the round number of 4650 which close to asia high..& we see a Pullback Low.
Until 4670 fair value balance is fully developed, i suspect we may not see a break above London high till that happens.
while we are on the topic of Pullback Low, the trick is to predetermine the reference since GU have similar characteristic as EU with development of double distribution day & context of one-time framing higher sessions.
Here we have previous London fair value but previous NY high provide a logical reference as it coincide with London VAL

a long NY sessions...boring almost, but nice to see EU smooth out the lower portion of today's daily profile. Here's my view on the weekly...acceptance building inside an earlier VA. Should make that 2 week POC a strong magnet around 1.4830...which is also the weekly DIBH...i'm going to try and hold my long from 4580 till the end of the week. Let's see how that plays out...
Today (in green) totally reverse & engulf yesterdays loss & we are now above previous week high...Alex must now be planning for his trip to Guam again.

Wanted to post a monthly & weekly profiles. Im not very versed in "anomalies" but Im curious in this situation. We should have settled the monthly IB were we are testing mibh now. Basic TA should call for increasing volume as we approach res (mibh). On the 4h chart with the monthly profile we have buy volume, but it is declining as we approch mibh for possible range extention. The double dist, equals at both points (HVNs) sugguest to me balance. This will be interesting to track. Im thinking it may need to test that lvn shake out any weak longs...
I guess i'm a weak long holder, I closed my 2 longs on re-entry into NY VA...i knew i would not be able to hold the one from yesterday... made nice pips, and that is the point right
the bottom of today's profile has some anomalies as well...but the top is not complete IMO either.

About the order flow idea, i'm not sure how to apply those info correctly.
I saw you commented on the achieving the order flow mind set thread. I have the same thought with you, I just cannot comprehend it.
It is like the Shifu in KungFu Panda telling Po to find inner peace.

4945 is quite possible this week. But now the tricky part is how to get there?
Now we have a totally Balanced US session, Shifu JD always emphasis on planning your three scenario to play the game.
So I'm thinking.
1. Buy at long liquidation break, possible at weekly POC.
2. Buy at the break of weekly IBH if volume support it.
3. Sell the long liquidation break.

EU's double D formation (rather then P) was least likely in this respect for a LBB as the acceptance above Friday's fair value look pretty intact with support at 4650 & yesterdays fair value was way above Fridays high too.
Daily profile EJ, I am lucky enough to grab both end of the spectrum...hope it would be a good long now but with such IB range I dont expect much of RE, maybe not today.
