You are correct in all of the above - anything above 1.00 (10,000) on a learner account will not be able to be placed.

These three pairs were for some reason not intially installed onto our demo by MetaQuotes. I added these pairs yesterday, but we were going to wait until the weekend when the server naturally restarts for them to be visible, but after you asked I arranged for the demo server to be quickly restarted about an hour ago and those three pairs are now visible.

The charts will shortly be synchronised to match the live server data - this should be done in the next couple of hours.

Let me know if you still don't see them or if there are any other questions.

Thanks for the quick response. I do see them in demo. There is no history for these pairs. Does this wait for the weekend sync, the sync with live data in a few hours? or can you make this happen now?

Hi Golum,

Sorry, I must have missed your question!

In response to your question, it is always best to connect to the Australian Data Centres as they have less latency to the main trading server. DC2 and DC4 are our primary DCs and are likely to give an even better execution than through the others.

Thanks frr your answer, as someone posted earler I sugest that instead of talking about DC2 or DC4 you pos DC2-location DC4 location, iyt is easy for your costumers. Anycase thanks for your help

We have no reported problems at all but as ever if you want us to look into it we can.
Our demo was restarted twice yesterday to make way for a few extra currency pairs to be added but that would not affect the live platform at all.

I completely agree that this would make things easier so I will have a word with IT and see if it is something that can be added.

I can't connect GM MT4 through company proxy, even I have IBFX AU connected without issue. Error in log fie:

Time 1829 Wednesday (AEST). Another big rapid price move on GU and GJ. Charts frozen and the connection then dropped out. Came back after 45 seconds. Could not tell whether demo server was affected.
......... or time warp? it is June 1, 2011 right?

I didnt get any freeze at my end, I traded the movement all the way down... unfortunately all the way down to my stop loss!

Can't help but think that someone is going to get a slap for that - was it you Chris?
2217 another big price move on GJ. Price froze. Service dropped out for some seconds. Demo appeared OK
Over the last few weeks I have been trading London and New York....charts froze some times for a 1min or so and again tonight both sessions..

It is now costing as the stops are not being applied while its froze..

Last week I had a pending order that I could not close as the platform was telling me it was invalid then an hour later it placed the order sadly at a 50 pips loss...
