I guess the reason why the post was deleted has less to do with being critical and more to do with the use of the F-word.
I'm not insane; my mother had me tested.

their refusal to fix problems or even admiting there is a problem is really the largest problem,
I have been giving this too much time and attention,
I really don't need problems, and there is no reason I should even have one,
I closed my acount and I will not be recommending MBT to other traders,
I have to say Im sorry I didn't do it a long time ago.

Wwwin,

Think I’ve about had enough of the lies. If you have a PROBLEM, DESCRIBE THE PROBLEM. That’s how people resolve problems. They discuss them and give details. If some of those details require that we need specifics related to your account, then do NOT provide those on the forum, but give them in private. I’m straight up calling you and roughtrader out at this point. You have not detailed any problems with our platform. Everyone, including myself, would be happy to discuss any real problems. The only people that don’t seem to want to do so…is you two. And if you can’t describe any problems, answer the question someone else asked the other day: What is the logic of being here and posting all of the time?

All,

In the next week, we will be pushing out an update to the Live MT4 environment. Most of the changes are minor, but there is one major alteration.

Currently, MT4 has only one commission field per deal. This was added after the initial MT4 development when all FX was “commission-free” deal desk trading. However, the commission field does not address the realities of non-deal desk trading, where a fee is assessed for each execution. Thus, after you run a trade in MT4, the commission to enter the trade is put into the Commission field for the trade, but AFTER the trade is closed, the commission to close the trade is later added by editing the commission field to add the closing commission (or credit if a Take Profit was used). Unfortunately, an edit of the commission field is not a dynamic change and does not automatically appear in the account balance until an end of day reset (rollover) or unit a customer manually refreshes the history of the order.

Starting with this update, we will be handling closing commissions in a new manner that will make account balance updates immediate when a trade is closed. Instead of editing the Commission field for the trade, there will be a separate Deposit (for credits from Limit orders) or Withdrawal (for commissions for Market orders) line/transaction right when the trade is closed. There will be a reference to the deal number that created the transaction, in the format of either “Comm. For Close #xxxxxxx” or “Credit for Close #xxxxxxx” on the transaction line.

The Demo environment is already running the latest update and has been for a couple of days without issues. You can test this new approach in Demo. We may be updating the Live environment as early as Sunday’s open.

As usual, we recommend that you keep the MBT Desktop or Desktop Pro software running at the same time, as you will get better messaging out of the Orderbook in Desktop/Pro than MT4 provides. In addition, Desktop/Pro is a FIFO-based system for accounting purposes as required by the NFA versus Meta’s deal-based system. What you see in Desktop/Pro is correct.

If you have any questions, contact support at [email protected] or use our on-line chat.

Justin,

The problem for deposit by credit card is that when filled out the form, and then clicked the SUBMIT button,it shows:
An error occurred during processing. Your card was not charged.

I found most Chinese accounts encountered such problem.

Would you let me know the reason and the solution?

I just looked at your "former post." You posted a picture of a Trade Context is Busy message. How does that prove a problem? I can force that message if I want to also in about 10 different ways, but it isn't something that just happens regularly. If you try to trade during maintenance, you will get that message. If you try to adjust an order that is already out to a bank, you will get this message. This doesn't prove anything at all. If you are suggesting that you get this message regularly throughout the day, you should be working with them to find out why since other people are not experiencing that problem (or they would be reporting it). But that's all you've done...is SUGGEST. You haven't given any details. Justin even ASKED YOU FOR MORE DETAILS after your "former post" and you offered nothing and then told him you wouldn't talk to them in private. So now, Justin calls you out (as he should) and you both reply 12 hours later within 4 minutes of each other. Hmmmmm...coordinated effort? Same person?

This has nothing to do with cheerleading as I have been around these boards for years. Justin and MBT have ALWAYS worked through problems if you give them details. You clearly have an agenda here that has nothing to do with problems (which don't exist). In my opinion, the Moderators should ban you both from this thread.

I trade all day long with MBT in several markets and issues are limited to a couple of minor problems per year...no ongoing problems at all.

Trade Context is Busy...what a load of $*$&.

Your posting here is exactly the problem. Again, we are not aware of any ongoing issues with MT4. You posted here just now a screenshot showing a “Trade Context is Busy” message. That doesn’t mean anything without details, such as the deal number, time, etc. Is this a one time event that you screenshotted once, or is this something you claim to be able to recreate at any time? I have basically no information to work with from what you posted, so I can’t address the problem at all, and we have no reports of people repeatedly getting this message.
Ignored
So either contact Justin or MBT support and get the issue resolved, or stop with the vague "there is a problem and it's MBT's fault and they haven't fixed it yet!" bullshit.

Show me the post where you detailed the “ongoing problems” that we supposedly ignore and pretend exist so that I could pinpoint the issue you are having. Make sure you avoid all of the posts where you said you had no interest in giving us information that would help us look over your account and see these problems.

I won’t even point out that this morning, you had a response to roughtrader’s last post up in four minutes that said “It is their modus operandi” to his claim that we have a problem and we aren’t fixing it.

Again more lies, you cannot find a post that would justify you calling me a liar. Per your request, here is a post of a problem that you guys do nothing about...I am the best bid or offer, you claim to be an ECN and that ECN orders have PRIORITY, I am the first on Level 2, it trades more than once at my bid or offer, and my order never gets executed.

I could be wrong, but ticker in market depth (the one you pointed out) shows bids and asks marked by (B) and (A) but not trades. It does show that you placed a bid at 1.391090 indicated with (B). The only way that picture could be used if it also showed trades and you could see trades happen at the price level. The way I see it, nothing is wrong there.

The right most column with the black background and white letters are ACTUAL TRADES with the time of the trade, the market depth are the colored columns to the left of the ACTUAL TRADES taking place.

Now we’re getting somewhere.

In the screenshot that you posted (without any detail about what it was supposedly showing), you have the right column circled. I think you are now implying that this is some sort of Time and Sales, meaning that a print occurred at those prices, and since they are under your bid, you should have been hit.

We do not post a Time and Sales for FX. Those are bid/ask POSTINGS by banks, not trades. No execution occurred under your bid.

Next item?

I know MBT's API fairly well and I know that trades are not coming through hence what you see is only bids and asks as they are entered into their system.
