Statistics Indicator

Is there an indicator which calculates the statistical probability of a bullish or bearish trading period(week, day, hour, etc) ? E.G. an indicator would scan back year over year for the same day of the year and calculate whether the specific day had a bullish or bearish average probability.

I've never seen an indicator like that.

I didn't know that forex behaved seasonally, e.g. if March 18, 2000 was a bullish day, then March 18, 2001 would have a > X% probability of being bullish also. I don't think that this could be proven to the point of statistical validity, as we would need results for the last (say) 500 years to reduce statistical error.

Interesting idea though, and I wonder if anybody else has ideas on the 'seasonal' aspect.
