Searching for a Range Statistics Indicator

Does anyone know of a Indicator where you can specify a session start lets say 1600 and a session end for example 2230. Now the Indicator looks back x numbers of sessions and displays the highest, lowest and average range during that time.

i don't know the exactly answer, but it is a good idea do search ACD indicators for the ACD method, by Mark Fisher. Maybe you will not find the indicator to do that but the information itself.
