I agree with this poster, shame that some one out there simply can not see the goodness in you and simply wants to destroy your faith in mankind.
There are always prople out there that will never see anything good out of something good.

I will say just take a few days off on your own and hopefully you will get over it for the best, it really hurts me as I had to take time off work just to attend this appointment with you and now it is up in smoke just for some fool out there that probably thinks this is a playstation game.

I think it would have been some stupid kid out there that would do somthing like this. Eric, this is all part of the emotional challenges we some times face in trading.

I shall be waiting for your return with a new plan on how to go forward as the trading world will surely miss you otherwise.

I took the 1.1430 buy breakout at 8:00 EST and jumped out with a quick 9 PIPS when PA looked to be turning against it.

I was looking forward to learning boophaty's scalping method and I guess we will never know now.

This is really bad news, I can´t understand why people just do this things, you got all my support and if you decide in near future to follow with the plan I will be interested in joining it in any other place.

Very sad news, not only because sucks that everytime is someone screw up things, but also because you bring this thread back to life, before your post we only see about 2 post per months, and you can see how active was recently, but obviously I support your decision since I'll do the same in your place

There is a feature in "join.me" that allows you to allow someone else to control your screen (please see the attached image), and this is what you may have unknowingly done. You may not have been hacked. If this is what happened you may be over reacting. I would hate to see you give up on what you had going here if this is the case.

I hope everyone took this bounce off the 1.4130 buy line. This could be a very strong up move.

No really the case, if you are good with computers and with remote tools which Join.me is, you can actually go past those controls on the application and hack in to any systerm which will be dependant on your level of security. You just have to use the right tools and away you go.

Remeber sony just got hacked a few days ago, if that is possible then who is safe?? An ordinary machine on the Internet can be hacked easily once it is targeted by some malicious person.

Never thought that such will happen here, just thought we were all here to make some green pips and some money in the end but guess it is not.

Way forward is, any FX demontration for the public over a live internet network should be done on demo platform and the pc should only be connected to the webb just at the time of the demonstration and once that is over the internet connection should be turned off. That is how big companies host live webinars do it, agree at a time with your participants, power on the webiner tool and the pc at that time, do your live presentation and then power off the connection to the webb after the presentation.

I noticed that Eric kept his internet join.me connection live for days on end and unattended and that was not wise at all from an Internet Security Perspective.

So if we are going to move forward on this, once these rules are followed, then we should all be able to smile in the long run.

I just hope not much damage was done in his case, because sometimes these hackers only want to thrill themselves just for the fun of it while some have maclicious intent and will proceed to do damage to your systerm.

I hope eric comes back after a few days and adhere to some of what I have mentioned above and it will be a success I hope.

I realize that it's possible to be hack and Eric may have been, I don't know. I just thought that maybe he saw someone controlling his screen via the "share control" feature and mistakenly thought that he was.

I hope that whatever happened he isn't harmed in anyway. He was giving freely and doesn't deserve that.

Yes I was hacked. There was a back door virus put on... Luckily I have very smart computer friends lol... I take full 100% blame for this, as I left join.me open and connected.... I just wanted everyone to see how my chart was set up... I'm not sure what I will be doing now... I need a safer way to do this and until I can find a way without going pro on everything, as I truly want to keep this free for everyone.. will have to wait and see. I don't think everyone understands the time and energy that goes into something like this... it gets very frustrating at times...

Trading--- Did anyone else catch the big move today?? Good for +58 pips... I will try and keep discussion in here until I find another way to do this... Thank you everyone except the a**hole that did this

Glad your back Eric. I got a huge piece of yesterday and just took 11 pips on today's short. Will get back in on a bounce.

Price just seems to keep bouncing off resistance at 1.42258.. will wait to see what happens

If price does break the resistance lets take early profit of 15 pips or so unless it breaks 1.42444.. This will be for the upside of EUR/USD
