Have you called in and spoken to us? Obviously we don't check the forum all the time, so contacting us direct is better. We havent noticed anything at our end freezing and I don't believe we have had any clients contact us with the same problem. Could you maybe give me more details about what you have been seeing and your location, connection type and account number? Obviously do not do this on the forum, but over a PM or direct email.
I would obviously want to find out why you are experiencing this problem and help fix it. It could be that...Ignored
