Please call technical support about the gaps and inability to trade...I called earlier and was told I was the only one to report it yet.

You can implement this functionality yourself via their API (or you can pay someone to do it for you). There isn't an order type that will span across instruments.

For instance, if I want to set a limit order for USD/CHF and a similar limit order for AUD/USD ... but I only want ONE to trigger (so the first one to trigger results in the other being cancelled).

Right now, it seems I can only set two separate orders and risk BOTH being possibly triggered while I am away. It seems something like this should have been implemented ...

I have been with mbtrading since oct 2007, and now i'm really beginning to question the integrity of this broker. most importantly the stops. my entries are filled (no market orders) but it's the stop losses, it would seem that i either get slippage or the opposite, mostly the latter. now this is my problem, if they get their feed and are in fact an ecn, why are stops filled before the price is even hit? i mean with all the central banks at your disposal there's no liquidty at my thresholds? or let me guess, my live account is actually manipulated by you guys? i phone them and they give me the condesending run-around, like 'i'm stupid" but i've been in this market long enough to know the difference. order entry is a plus you're filled at or very near what you input, but your SL are random. so in my opinion lately, i think it's better to use markets orders and train your brain to hit that cover or sell. i'm srry mb but you guys are really pissing me off.........finally. now i'm on the fence. i have read all their agreements and terms. it doesn't compute to me anymore.

Regardless of what he's going to say, i'm recently exhusted with this dealer now. I mean i have my targets, but if they are being executed on their terms and not mine, how can i make money? time is money and they're wasting my time..........and my money. i'll prob look into Oanda or Dukascopy.

What the hell has happened to MB trading? I trade euro/dollar and for the last week it is gapping all over the place, even in the middle of the day when there is no news. I have 2 other brokers platforms and they show none of the gaps and I checked with some friends and they have no gaps either. It only happens on eu on my platform.

A couple of days ago I got screwed out of 17 pips by a gap over my stop and then when I tried to close it I get a no quotes message. A couple of days earlier I tried to close a trade in profit and got the no quotes for minutes.

I have called on two occasions to find out what is going on. Both times they say they will look at it and hang up. I know it is not just me because I could hear all the guys in the backround freaking out that they couldn't close any trades.

They would not take care of my last loss and it took 4 phone calls to get someone to even look at it. Then the guy just jerked me around with BS excuses.

I was happy but they are definetly on the way out now.

As they say MB has jumped the shark.

Do you have more authority than Michael Blosser? I was told he was the head guy and I talked to him, got the same run a round. In fact the person that gave me his name lied to me and gave me a fake extension to contact him. I just got lucky when I called again that he answered. Makes me wonder if he is anybody of importance there.

What is your position with the company? Seems you are just a PR guy towing the company line. Do you have the authority to give me my money back? If not you are not the person I need to talk to. I will email you the account number but if you cared about the problem with what passes as customer servce there you would have already PMed me.

is there anyone used the nav platform encounter the similar condition :quote delays,or off quoted ,or disconnected as to mt4?

Is MB trader trading its against customers? My order always filled 0.1 instead of 3 lots if the trend in my favor. It's been 3 times happend today. Any suggestions?

No they aren't. Buy at market, or limit above ask. Be prepared to pay if you want to catch something that is moving away from you.

Check your preferences, stops can execute as trade thru, or normal. This could be the issue if you are getting stopped out by the ask, but it won't show a print on the chart cuz the chart only prints the bid. Good luck, imo they are honest.

Today I miss a data on all pairs beginning from end of Friday on MBT Desktop Pro. On MT4 demo all is correct. Does anybody experiencing the same problem?

Have the same. No price history since friday close on all pairs, but as I found out from their help desk they will try to resolve that issue shortly, most likely today
