I studied this thread few days ago and felt it has a winning edge and decided to give it some intensive research. Like any other thread or systems it has ups and downs and work extremely well in some markets but does not perform well in other markets. Mainly most systems requires volatility. So I made manual back tests with various parameters and various currency pairs. One of my main purposes was to adjuste it in a way to perform and survive all kinds of markets and also to assign a low stop loss to open positions. For the lowest the stop loss the greater the profits. For the size of open positions are proportional to the risk factor assigned to each position which is often 1%.
i.e. a 40 pips gained on a stop loss of 30 is equivalent to 80 pips gained on a stop of 60 and 120 pips on a stop of 90. So below are my finding:

Currency euro/Yen. Take profit: 72 pips. Stop loss 30 pips. move to Break even at 32 pip.
I made some adjustment and I applied it to USA opening as well as Europe opening. i.e. two possible entries per day.
If at USA opening at 9:30 EST time all requirements are met (RSI, ADX CUTOM TREND) enter position and if not do not enter. That is all, a more simpl entry rule. Enter at 9:30.
Do the same things for UK opening.

Here are the results which I checked four times manually:
2011: Jan: +190 Feb: -14 Mar: +61
2010: Dec +441 Nov: +440 Oct: + 22 Sept: -265 Aug: +139
July: +34 June: +124 May: +480 April: +606

Total of last 12 month = + 2258 pips a monthly average of: + 188 pip.
N.B. Again + 188 pips on a 30 pip stop loss only. This would be more than 3 times if the stop was 100.
If someone asks I will include detailed excel sheet..
I hope I stayed faithful to the core and spirit of this thread.

I see 26.22 and pointed up, but price dropped as soon as I take picture; doesn't seem to be much of a trend anyway...... plus it is right on the daily pivot, so doesn't know what it wants to do yet......

Yes , I see it found resistance and backed away . I still made some pips on that sell .

Good for you, guess a system can work both ways, if the signal doesn't say buy, then watch for a sell.

I see indecision right here, daily is down but hit the 38% fibo yesterday, only watching this or playing on demo myself.

Hey guys.....here's my chart. As I've mentioned on several occasions, the ADX seems to be different depending on your broker. (I use FXCM)
