Support and Resistance Indicator

Does anyone know of a support and resistance indicator which appears/functions like the one in the picture? I can't get this one too work.

Hi i think you look for something like i am posting here but please if someone can help me modify it. I need to backtest a system using this indicator. it only plots back a limited number of days. I want it to plot the levels for like to years back on m15 chart if i set it in the parameters. Thanks for the help
