With the update news on housing on the low plus the chinese news, looks more likely its time to move down and give aussie retail a fair go.

on sl now for short. if it takes me out and if it could not break 1.04439, will be long again but my 2cents is short till where ur targetting. we're just small fishes swimming with the sharks anyway.

I have detected a perfect Wolf Wave pattern on AUDUSD daily chart. I have heard this pattern is very powerful and according to it, target price is 0.96 , so we should short sell from here and hold the position for a couple weeks

There is support around 1.045 and 1.041 (and also a very steppy trend). On the daily chart it did not touch the upper band of 20 period Bollinger Band which makes me worry. But I have a feeling it is a sign of a significant downmove or reversal.

If you connect the upper high accurately, it looks like a bit different. How can I put a picture here? Do I have to upload somewhere or can I upload to here directly?

indeed, i thought this pair will pass through 1.05, then retrace from that level, but (my opinion) 0.96 is abit unrealistic, because in order to see 0.96, something must happen like Greece almost file for bankcruptcy.. but what i see, is either retrace to 0260 or parity...

yeah.. thats slooks about right. more likely to the.02ish mark if it were to do another run for the 0.5000 mark. Highly likely the aussie bank won't increse the rate till around august or just after the financial year (but who knows)

Lots of news coming in for a few days now that the retail economy has been hit hard and that au is on a so call dual economy (mining and retail)

Yes this will show however a move to 1.12 on the weekly which is big picture and as you can see we have had pullbacka before that uptrend continues.
On the H1 1.0500-30 looks to be on the top of channel. I expect that to hold then pullback to test the bottom of the channel.

It was a bullish session on this hourly close (at support and 50% Fib.) so it does'nt look to lose stream..

The buyers have been sovereigns and CB's.

Asian CB's have been actively trying to weaken their ccy's as USD weakness prevails. So rather than buying USD they opted for Ccy's like AUD NZD and Euro higher yields..
When these guys unload .. Im hoping to be riding their waves..

I wonder how big bets are there. Look at the Singapore Dollar (USDSGD) if you have access, it did not move significantly in the last 10 days. It might be true what you said about it.

nothing is impossible in forex mate maybe 4years from now, 1.4? Hehe but now it seems like it is losing steam, 0260 seems reasonable, if 0260 is broken, parity might be seen...

Someone call Aussie is dual economy!

But does economy matter for Aussie mania now?

Mining and retail are all heavily damaged by flood , China's tightening, Japan 's disaster ,

All this worst still not over yet !

But the Aussie is crazy strong now!!!

This is what so called CB authority does in forex and financial market!!!

BOJ is even ask G7 to intervene a normal market all together now !!

But RBA is actually make the aussie more crazy !!!

Now every trader should realized, they 're just in one group !!!

what do you guys think? Hedging here with buy and tp at 1.04900 with sl just below resistance. Short still in with a small prfit if it goes long.

If you notice it is a narrowing triangle (price is still in it). I can't give any advice, I do not trade such setups..

Gold is going up but I think it is just testing te highs. US Dollar index is slightly strengthening.

Both EUR GBP face significant event risks, while AUD still benefited from the very positive employment number over night. In fact Aussie data has been generally good this week except the trade balance, but as long as the underlying economy is good, AUD is good.
