Thanks Dukascopy for your new iPhone/Pad software, but please have this in mind, that there are many people that want to use windows mobile to trade. Any progress with software for wm?

I started trading 4X using MT4 with IBFX in 2005 and hopped around to FOREX.COM web base platform, GTS Pro at FX Solutions, FXDD, GOMarkets, Dukascopy, ATC Brokers, etc. and I always like MT4. It will not go away.

Now I am trading two accounts FXDD (MT4) and Dukascopy (JForex). I start to like JForex more and more every day, particularly on their speed and chart trading feature. That's just me.

A Dukacopy rep told me that an Android version will be available in the summer

Anyone else get that estimate?

You are very welcome, We hope you enjoy using the new ipad app.

In relation to the Andriod System, we are still in the testing process and we hope to be in a position to release it for live trading within the next 3 months. As soon as it is released I will ofcouse inform you.

We do currently have the Andriod Platform to use for access to data information and news.

When I read answer to my question about Windows Mobile, I think - forget about it, at least in the nearest future. I personally am forced to buy some small device with windows xp/7 this summer.

Yea... Just in time for Dodd-Frank:

Foreign banks, many of which offer forex platforms to U.S. investors, will be prohibited counterparties because of language in Dodd-Frank Section 742. However, this provision does not become effective until July 16, 2011.

I thought that Dukascopy did not act as a counterparty to trades?

So as of July 17, 2011 -- I am no longer legally allowed to trade forex with Dukascopy as my broker???

hi,i like to enquire what kind of bank is Dukascopy? Definately not a retail bank like Citibank,right? or investment bank like UBS,Credit Suisse? so,when u mentioned that your company is a bank,what exactly do u mean by that? pls elaborate...thanks!

Dear Dukascopy,

Surely you must have seen that a lot of (prospective) Dukascopy clients in this thread are interested in learning what will change when the Dodd-Frank regulation becomes effective in july. It would be nice if you could comment on that. Even if you don't know the answer yourself, surely a colleague somewhere in your organization must know. It doesn't reflect good on your company if you as their representative in this forum keep ignoring these kinds of questions, you know.
