I loaded your template but it did not show up the 2 ma's only cci and THV4's, I do not use zip files on my computer after some virus problems, so prefer to have files that I can load directly onto mt4, hope you can load a up dated template that includes the ma's and coloured ribbon,

Its easy , just draw a linear regression channel (its available in every MT4) then go to "objects" check the regression channel, then "edit" , you should see a checkbox which says something like "draw object in background" (mine is not in english so iam not 100% how its named there) simply check this box and choose the color you like

Two questions, Marcus -

1. Are u trading London session & how many hours do you trade a day ?
2. Are u doing any higher timeframe analysis before dropping to 5 min. ?

how do you draw them and how do you get the channel as a colored area?

It should be obvious I wasn't referring to HIS (Marcuss) method. Otherwise, why ask questions

Arround the world there are alot of system and many of them are complicated systems. I like simplicity. First step to be make some pips is to apply a system that its simple and clear. I don't want you or anyone else to trade this system. I want everyone to trade a system that can be simple and clear enough for them to make money.

About your questions:
1. I trade mainly on London sesion. When i have time to trade i use m5/m15. When i have something else to do, i use the same system but on h1/h4.
2. Usualy when i see some clear moves on higher timeframe i trade only in that direction.
