I know what you mean but you got this wrong, iam trading just one certain setup , most people call it "Pullbacks" another guy here calls it "Flag trading" , its the same from my point if view, iam not looking for a system(In my opnion there are maybe 2-3 for "retail traders" all the rest on the forums are just variations) i am just looking for the setup which suits me most.

Thanks vm for your contribution. I am wondering whether your system will work on longer time frames like H4 and D1? Any suggestions about SL/TP on longer time frames?
Ignored
This will work on any time frame. Of course the larger the time frame, the larger the stop loss will need to be. For longs, I like to ut the Sl somewhere under the last swing low, and vice versa for shorts. Target price is not an exact science.....it might be a previous level of support or resistance, it might be a round number, fib or whatever. I don't have much experience at trading from larger than H1 charts, although I do look at all charts to get a good feel for the likely direction. Most of my trading is entered from the M15 charts, whereas long term traders may use larger charts and have sl's in the 100's!!

Here is the Hull indi as I use it. The 'Period' is set to 34, and that seems to be fine.

Thanks for the quick response.
I will put SL at 5-day high/low and let the price run until any of the three indicators change its color, then I will exit.

Hi Marcuss, thanks for sharing this simple system. It looks easy. Could you elaborate where and how you enter and exit the trades? I have not downloaded your indicators yet. Would it be easier with bars or candle sticks? Thanks again.

@ Fortuna: i enter when ribbon change color and i see a channel break, i use candle/bars to draw channel, and then i switch to line chart for a better understanding of the chart

@ripaludo: i don't have standard way to draw LRC, just play with that and you will be better in time

@zamanib: nice job, did you try this on demo/live?

Hi Zamanib,

Have you been using range bars for a longer time period and if so, how is your overall experience? Could you post a recent screenshot of the eurjpy with a 5 or 10 pip range to compare?

Hope that I don't ask to much, it looks very interesting to me.

Thanks

I trade rangebars live -- not time to waste on demo -- I know a good system when I see it-- all I did I compare it with rangebars charts-- to me look more cleaner on rangebars -- 25pips and 50 pips range look great also

again thanks very much to share it-- I know many people will try to pull you down and said this is nothing new -- but carry on my friend you are doing great

For people like you i will continue to post here because i'm tired of so many people asking things that are already shared, so many people asking silly question.

One important thing:

People must understand that when we are on forums we lose money, because we are not fully concentrate on our trades, on our charts.

Please all, concentrate on your charts, test this system, and than post your results (win or loss). This is the only way we can improve this system and make more money than we already make.

Hi Marcus,

Everything you need is in the first post. It's clear as a bell on entries and exits. I'll be using your system this week and I'll post my results here. I'm currently on demo, but I've traded live as well.

Ignore the questions and move forward. Some folks just can't do simple. Everything you need is in the first post.

Kind Regards, Kenfenfx
