12-1... just on pullbacks though, i still have a few losers on the 123's

more practice needed on the 123's but really you could make a good living just trading the pullbacks.

then just trade them only

I trade the 123's at 25% of normal size so it doesnt hurt too much

what area of 123 do u struggle with

hopefully i have now fixed the problem with spurious vertical lines on the divergence finder (it works OK in the trading simulator)

If anyone still finds spurious lines coming up in this new version let me know

NB. If you dont use the zigzag based divergence there is no need to update to this version, but it might be better to anyway.

Also - as requested by Diamond, the ability to set the width of the divergence trendlines has been added.

IMPORTANT :- If you decide to use thicker lines for the divergence then hidden divergence will no longer show up as dots but as continuous lines like regular divergence (although you can tell it is hidden because a) it's name, b) the angle of the line will be opposite to normal)

i think i get how they work, just seem to have found losers... a couple of examples below.

another 123 that didnt work out for me

ok d4n the last one was time of day and you should have b e when price went now where the first 2 were losses but then the next setup were winners so you would have had a wash and i dont trade gbpusd during us session and on first one if you would have stuck with gbpusd at same time would have been a winner

yeah i still have winners on the 123's like you say so they even out... i think if i can move to B E a bit faster aswell that should imporve things

Hi Div and all,

Been following this thread for a few weeks now and would just like to thank Div for sharing and all who are helping with this strategy. Went live last night for the 1st time and picked up both the EURUSD pullbacks (that d4n picked up) and one earlier on the AUSUSD. Sorry don't know how to post charts yet but it will come, to tired to work it out now. For now I'm just concentrating on the pullback setups, and not the 123 setups, I think this is wise for any newbies starting on this strategy. I can see the 123 setups happening and if they complete it normally confirms a trend change, then I wait for the pullback and then I enter. A little knowledge from a newbie
