Here is a sloppy double top/bottom indicator I made, you can change how big the wiggle room is, if you want to include tops with 1-2 pips difference also etc, also how far back the indicator will draw the double tops.
Beware tho, it doesn't delete the tops after you remove the indicator, you have to remove them manually through the objects screen.
